You made me look something up. The Lions only ran 42% of their plays from the shotgun yesterday. The league average last season was 66%. They also had great balance, with 26 rushing attempts by RBs and 33 passing attempts. I didn't watch the game, so I'm just going on stats and the play sheet on NFL.com. That shows a play-caller in control of a game who didn't abandon the run. But then again, the Lions never trailed in that game.
