  1. 5-2. I think that the Jags game would have still been a loss.
  2. As I said in the other thread on this (from when he said it), it's mindfullness/PT stuff. He probably talked to a sports psychologist after week 1.
  3. Nobody is giving a first for Hopkins. It will be a late rounder, but the Titans will let him make the choice of where to go. If you were him, what team would you pick. In KC, you get Taylor Swift, ribs, Mahomes, Reid and a SB ring. In Buffalo, you get a b-list actress, snow and “no-film” Josh.
  4. Belichick started this. But some teams do take the ball. The Bengals always do. They want to impose their will from the opening kick. And because most teams defer, Cincinnati almost always starts with the ball.
  5. Now that BB’s game plan is on film, every team is going to do exactly that until the Bills figure out how to beat it.
  6. Put the link anyway. The BN paywall can be defeated just by using an incognito window.
  7. Sky Moore looks like a bit of a bust but Rice looks good. Also, according to Kielce, Mahomes watches game film on his phone pretty much all the time. We all know what our guy said about 🎥
  8. Congrats. Don’t yell at thebTV so loudly that you wake up the toddler. Toddler sleep is more valuable that gold.
  9. Taken as a whole, it’s still better than what KC has right now and they seem to be doing just fine with Kielce and a bunch of dudes
  10. Ravens or Bengals. Hopkins is going to be a Chief. All of those teams are relatively healthy enough to make an all-in move. The Bills are not, even if we fans don’t want to admit it.
  11. This thread will make for interesting reading in contrast with the upcoming freak out thread when Derrick Henry gets traded to Cincinnati. As I said upthread, Cincinnati has mountains of cap space. BTW, Hopkins to KC. You can already book his flight.
  12. Probably neither. This team is not winning a SB this year. Those dreams died in London and Beane knows it. It’ll be the Swiftie Bowl. With that in mind, I would want to add a younger player that the Bills could sign long-term and let Davis walk. You gotta look at other teams draft disappointments that you think playing with a better QB could fix. Maybe someone like Dodson?
  13. There is no such thing in the NFL. The Niners just lost to the Browns and Vikings. The Eagles lost to the Jets and then beat the Dolphins. The only sure thing in this league is that the Chiefs will be great by week 10. The rest is week-to-week.
  14. Dane Jackson, who is ahead of him in the depth chart, was healthy?
  15. FWIW, Vita Vea didn’t practice again today.
  16. Sometimes draft classes suck. But we still compare prospects to each other and have long heated debates. Look at the 2000 NBA draft. Not an All-NBA player among them. Complete garbage. But teams still angles to trade up and overvalued draft picks. Fans still had heated debates. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2000_NBA_draft
  17. I hear you, but he had Teddy Bridgewater and Sam Darnold as QBs and very little offensive talent with which to work.
  18. Ken Dorsey doesn’t answer to Diggs and Allen. They can’t fire him. The man he answers to is a control freak.
  19. Not true. I just posted a video above of his highlights torching the Bengals in week 4 and almost every run was from shotgun.
  20. I agree with you. It’s just becoming clear to me that McDermott sees the game in a different way. It’s frustrating.
  21. We will see how people feel because the Bengals have a need (Mixon has been bad) and the cap space to make this happen.
  22. But McDermott hates mistakes above all else. It’s just who he is.
