I have to believe their is enough luxury seating (pry needs updating) and don't buy the BS that a retro-fit will kick them out for a year. Somehow Green Bay and KC did it.Fine put in temp seats at UB or play some at The Carrier Dome. It's the NFL TV is the money! ...Which leads me to huge new stadiums, look at MLB all new ones are smaller because as TV has improved to HD why pay a **** load of money to go to a game when you can stay home? I know the popular idea is a new mega palace sitting at the brink of The Falls so the Super Bowl, NCAA Final 4 and maybe I missed it the World Series can be held there. All I know know is when I come through Batavia cutting up from 390 to get to The Falls it's already a pain in the ass. I can't even imagine putting a stadium there and the mess that would cause. I mean what are you supposed to do build a new toll booth at the exit with 20 gates for 8 times a year.Someone said they already had the hotels, really that nice Comfort Inn at the thruway exit, It's a dump. I seriously doubt it's going to make the cut but it is closer to home without traffic. ...Hey Chemung County down here would be a great place! Mary may be acting owner but I'm guessing it's how the trust was structured on the final outcome of the sale. The Ralph ain't cheap in me hopes he set it up with WNY interests having exclusive rights to bid.

I give Chuck and even Kiersten tons of credit, they show up in the Elmira Corning area all the time. Our gov on the other hand to my knowledge never shows up here always send Duffy.
