  1. I believe the OP is referring to this story and I also heard Jim Rome call Shanahan that on his show. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/dc-sports-bog/wp/2013/09/23/fred-smoot-calls-rgiii-a-brat-and-shanahan-red-lobster/
  2. This answer should be in the TBD Hall of Fame!
  3. I would say Goodwin has shown promise, that ball yesterday was a catch. As for TJ the Sabres are signing scrubs he's looked lost since he got to WNY.
  4. Watch if this happens 9-7 won't get the Bills in the playoffs like it has some teams in the past. But I still see 8-8 or 7-9 with this team. Just seeing HCDM reaction after the game was something to appreciate for a change. At least he wasn't going to kick the dog, just not "pet" it.
  5. I thought I saw that Marrone said he could also play TE. I'll see if I can find the link but maybe Doug is sick of watching stone hands Chandler drop pass's! ...Here it is... Buffalo Bills ‏@buffalobills 1h Marrone on FB Evan Rodriguez: athleticism can help #Bills in FB/TE role, as well as special teams
  6. Thats funny and your argument is fact less to say they "would be 6-2" .
  7. I'm sorry but isn't a "franchise" player supposed to make a difference? 5 TD's say he didn't.
  8. Yes I know that this will be a dupe subject and get locked out but since Byrd has been back the secondary seems worse not better. I haven't seen one "franchise" play by him yet and please correct me. The guy doesn't want to be here so trade him for whatever we can get and move on from the drama. Look at the nonsense with Revis and the Jets/Bucs what a great signing for Tampa LOLOLOL
  9. Actually Rome is pry the most Bills friendly of all the talking heads. When he had Kiko on a few weeks ago he kept saying he wished he had more time to spend with him.
  10. I like revving up the TV and getting the beer ready for the 1pm game! Anything latter than that sucks.
  11. We Have Kiko! And he is a legend like none other, that alone may get us in prime time! I believe that game is far from sold out and moving ti Sunday night wouldn't help with that meaning blacked out in WNY.
  12. Sorry I couldn't resist, since QB's are getting crushed all over his value might be higher than ever!
  13. It's always Ralph is "cheap", how about Pegulla (sp) with keeping Darcy and then making Rolston coach???
  14. I'll stick with 7 wins and that when the NFL season ends they will have more than The Sabres.
  15. At this rate by the end of the Bills season who will have more wins at that point? Since I think the Bills can have 7 I think that may be hard to beat by the Sabres come January.
  16. Really a Russ Brandon blame for this game???? Sometimes I think people here just blame him for everything to get attention.
  17. LOL... if thats the case his judgement is really piss poor! Maybe he saw the pink Falls on the game today and wanted a piece of that.
  18. I guess your welcome to your opinion but in that case it would be 50+ yrs.Sorry if trying to put a positive spin on things craps in your wheaties. I personally think the team has gotten better this year both on and off the field and this was a win win for all involved except with respect you. ...And may I add Horseheads is outside the blackout area so I was getting the game regardless.
  19. The way I look at this it's a brilliant marketing move by RUSS. It dispels the "Ralph is cheap" crowd. It makes the poor guy who loves the Bills but can't afford a ticket happy he can see the game. It makes advertisers happy that their product will be shown across WNY. It raises money for breast cancer survivors. Finally from a fiscal standpoint, if it puts 5,000 more people in the stadium the money made off concessions and parking will take up a big chunk of the money they had to pay the Bengals. ...Thanks Russ... er Ralph!
