    yup... both of my dogs were pound dogs, I've looked but mostly all they have is pit bulls and large dogs. I'd prefer smaller.

    Thanks for all the info, sounds like a bit more than I can deal with and not up for 2. Man been at least 15 years since I had a dog when "Buster' died and swore never again. But I so miss a dog around the house. Thanks again

    Have any of you fine people ever had a Border Collie? Someone I used to work with dog had 8 puppies recently and she has 2 not spoken for. I have had a Dachshund mix and Dachshund in the past and they were very loyal so this would be a step up in size for sure.

    Yup job started in late 76 and lasted through 78 when I graduated HS. Best job ever, we'd just hit 1$ on the register for beer no matter how much our friends wanted. Scanners have ruined that now LOL

    Ridge late 70's my first job at 16 was in a grocery store. They sold Stegmaier beer for 99c a 6er and sales for 69c. I swear when someone hit a end cap and knocked a cases on the floor the cleanup was as usual, then we noticed the wax on the floor was gone too.
