  1. Barkley might have an issue
  2. Wow, his vision and ability to set up/read blocks on kickoff returns is outstanding.
  3. But forgetting is the best defense.
  4. Almost makes you think it's not about cb talent. Maybe more about upgrading the return game.
  5. Unfortunately he won't be going against Broderick Jones every week.
  6. Don't get me wrong, I think Trubisky is a problem, I don't see how we can win with him and he was a problem in Pittsburgh last year. It's disappointing we have put so little effort into a quality backup. While we can just say "Oh the seasons done anyway if Josh gets hurt" that doesn't help the locker room when these guys only have so many games in them.
  7. From the game replay it looked like the wind took it a couple of yards.
  8. Rescue is a strong word. Hopefully he'll look less like a kicker while he's playing.
  9. Seemed to make a case for kicking it into the landing zone since the returns were short of the 30. Will be interesting what teams scheme up to attack the boundary in the regular season.
  10. Yeah, can't believe we lose to the f'n Bengals again. Oh, you mean the other thing....😁 It's an attention getter, isn't it?
  11. @GunnerBill mentions above Josh has an issue with Diggs. Gunner is pretty connected. So unless McDermott take JA17 with him, probably not.
  12. He very well may. I think with the other talent at wr that they have he should see a lot of favorable coverage. I assume it's going to be 6 for 60 for him and they may ask him to work the slot. Will he like that? What if there is a slump and they start losing? Sounds like you want him for FF. Good luck.
  13. That's the heart of a loser.
  14. The heart of a winner doesn't quit on his team. All he's looking to do next year is get through it healthy to join the chiefs in 2025 before his wheels fall off.
  15. We have a lot of draft capital for 2025, I wouldn't be surprised if we bring someone in to upgrade a spot.
  16. Sure, but it seems to me the desire relates to need and that we may not be happy, or at least satisfied, with our current center options.
  17. I'm interested in McDermott needing a non-versatile center. Seems like he has a need/plan for him instead of some type of defensive player.
  18. He left while under McDermott (2019) and went to the Raiders. Not a lot of winning there either. Seems like he would hard pass on the Bills.
  19. Isn't he the guy that said he got his love for the game back after leaving the Bills?
  20. If Coleman can't get separation and can't win with his body then he won't make catches even though he has decent hands. That's what I'm thinking. Not being in quite the right spot because he just can't get there.
  21. Yes, I put that in my other response. I think this all but guarantees that, fingers crossed.
  22. Beane said he wanted someone who was good at what they did, not necessarily a speed guy, at least in his last press conference before the draft. Hopefully Keon can win some contested balls. If he can't it will be a failed pick. Hopefully it's not Duke 2.0.
  23. I'm hoping Keon can give Josh a decent outlet. I thought last year Josh needed someone on the outside to throw the ball up to. Josh doesnt seem to take the dump offs because he doesnt mind running for it. So I think this helps Josh too, with Keons speed being an indirect factor since he'll never be screaming down the field. To me that also means we probably will be drafting a speed/kickoff return guy later today.
  24. It's the "Best Available Player That I Want"
