For me JA is standing in the pocket looking to make a throw instead of trying to make magic happen (aka Hero Josh). Multiple times yesterday he was standing tall and throwing balanced as opposed to feeling the pass rush and trying to throw on the move or with his weight on his back foot using all arm. So it's less wild throws because he is mentally calming himself and that is leading to more throws with better mechanics which is leading to better accuracy. Like a lot of qb's he isn't inaccurate if he has time and space and the change in his thought process to try and wait to make throws in the pocket seems to have helped him. It's really a pretty rare thing to see this much improvement and it speaks to JA's abilities and mindset that he can get it done. If he keeps this up he will definitely be a franchise qb in the leagues mind, possibly by the end of the year with the Bills making a deep run in the playoffs. 😁

Our coaches did a nice job with him and the seahawks coaches did a nice job for him too by not running much.

I thought for the most part Josh did a nice job staying settled in the pocket. Hopefully the backup oline will keep blocking well

Haha, I have another take. I thought Josh saw Knox's guy fall down as Josh was finishing the play action and wanted to throw it quicker to Knox but there was a dline relatively close so he just waited the extra time for Knox to clear the line. I don't think there was any thought to go down the field at all, once the lb fell over (in man defense) JA was locked in on Knox, and I'm fine with that.

I don't know if he's going to hold up if he's a long term starter, seems a little small. He has good instincts, I've missed lb's getting to the hole with violence.

Looked to me like he was just kicking a little bit of a draw. Maybe he feels more comfortable that way. Hopefully he will be consistent with it.
