  1. Good idea. This one shouldn't be close. The pats have it in the bag.
  2. Who is the best bills running back of all time?
  3. Good explanation, thanks. But if the phone rings and startles you and causes you to have a heart attack, is the person that called supposed to pay your medical bills?
  4. I don't even understand how she won the case. The judge said they didn't mean any harm. If you can sue for that, can't you basically sue anyone that comes to the door for any reason? Or even someone that startles you with an unexpected phone call. Unbelievable.
  5. I wasn't trying to debate about religion, I was simply wondering why you said he changed the definition.
  6. http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=17519 The lady actually won.
  7. If you are going to blame Reich, blame him for the laces being out on the hold. Look at the tape. Reich had the laces facing Norwood. That's a no-no and could have easily been the difference in the kick.
  8. From Dictionary.com day n. 1. The period of light between dawn and nightfall; the interval from sunrise to sunset. 2. 1. The 24-hour period during which the earth completes one rotation on its axis. 2. The period during which a celestial body makes a similar rotation. 3. Abbr. D One of the numbered 24-hour periods into which a week, month, or year is divided. It doesn't seem like the definition was really changed all that much.
  9. Out of curiousity, who did I not include that you would have voted for?
  10. Oh, thanks I didn't know. I never even watched his show. I just knew it was on.
  11. Sorry if I missed anyone favs, but I just included the main ones that I could think of. Mine is Conan, hands down. This guy had great shows before he even got good guests to come on the show. He's hilarious. Who's your favorite?
  12. I was at a huge superbowl party that my family threw. It was basically us and a bunch of Cowboys fans.
  13. Is my analogy not based on a history of first round qb's? Some first round qb's are good, just like some organized religions are good, and some first round qb's are bad, just like some organized religions are bad. I'd say it's a pretty good fit.
  14. HAHA, you of all people to talk about defense mechanisms. Every time someone disagrees with you, you throw out some little insult attempting to be witty. I wonder why you are so quick to snap at people? Perhaps attempting to hide some type of inadequacy....? There is a story about one guy in one religion, and you spread it out to ALL religions. I guess since Drew Bledsoe didn't work out for us, we should never try to play a 1st round qb? I mean there is plenty of evidence that first round qb's don't work out right? Akili Smith, Ryan Leaf...Gotta love first round qb's right? Sure, that rabbi has a problem. Sure, a lot of religions have problems, but to completely group all religions into one category is pretty unreasonable, much all other generalizations.
  15. Good news. Maybe the ABA will be a bit more watchable than the NBA.
  16. Kind of like his 4th quarter drive against the titans last year? Too bad Drew tried to show the ball to the ref instead of just holding onto it...
  17. Kevin Gilbride is rumored to handle both of those duties next year.
  18. That was my poll! I agree with you. Plenty of teams have won a superbowl, only 1 has gone to 4 straight.
  19. Sorry I didn't make it clear, but the kid with the tumor didn't write the letter. His friend did. I don't even think the kid with the tumor know the letter was written until he got the hat.
  20. I just wanted to tell you guys a little story about Peyton Manning. A kid at my school had a tumor discovered in his brain over winter break. Luckily, it was benign and was safely removed. One of the kid's friends wrote Peyton Manning a letter telling him about the situation. Peyton quickly sent him an autographed hat and has recently also sent him an autographed picture. I know that a lot of NFL players would have done the same and it may not have been a huge gesture, but it was also something that wasn't necassary. I just thought I'd pass along a little tid bit that despite his recent playoff failure, he is one of the NFL's "good guys".
  21. Try not remember that they were made about 25 years apart so of course the special effects are going to be more advanced for LOTR.
