That says it all right there. Some years ago my son had a football coach. Amazing guy. Probably the most charismatic and inspiring individual I've ever known. He's married, has 3 kids and was an attorney and a sports agent for a living. He represented both Basketball and some Football players. On more than 1 occasion I videotaped his post game talks with these young boys. He'd talk to them for a half hour after the games and comment on something that every player did in the game with amazing praise and detail. He willed these underdog kids to a championship game (which we lost) but getting there was one hell of a ride. We became friends after the season. Over the years we saw less of each other but this is a man that I held in the highest regard. One day last year someone else I know brought up his name. He told me that that the coach was a bad guy involved in some nefarious things. Fraud and big money. I was told he may have been arrested. I didn't believe it. There is no way that this special individual could be anywhere near something like this. I almost chose to dismiss it. Instead one night a few months ago I started to do some searching on him. Turns out he is in jail right now serving a multi year sentence. He defrauded a company and a bank in a scheme to make a movie, took the money and spent it on lavish things. The movie never got made. It was a scheme that was very deliberate and well thought out according to COURT DOCUMENTS. In addition, it happened years before he was prosecuted meaning it was going on while I had him on a pedestal. In case you've missed my point, things and people aren't always what they seem and the tie breaker when 2 different points of view conflict are the facts. You're right. You don't care and/or you're too lazy or partisan to bother because it doesn't fit your belief system.

Because none of the politicians want to feed the media footage of police attempting to arrest the looters/burglars/property destroyers only to have the perps resist or fight back against the police and the police responding with what would be justified force. Also we might lose some police in the process. I'm not defending these approaches by law enforcement just speculating as to why law enforcement is observing. Personally I'd like to see a police force somewhere use whatever force is necessary to protect people and property. From some police I know or have interacted with in recent years, they are a lot less likely to act to protect property than they are to protect people. Risk/reward assessment.

And my math was wrong. Corrected below. If the 30,000 emails averaged 75 Kilobytes each (meaning not many with attached files) (1.5GB total) (2.25GB) and the download speed was 50Mbit/S, then downloading 30,000 emails would take about 9-10 minutes? It would probably take longer as the source machine would provide additional latency. Also, last night I removed 26,428 emails from my outlook deleted folder. This done a new fast laptop with an M.2 SSD drive. Just the act of deleting them from the folder locally took almost 5 minutes.

Hope they are arrested.

That's awful. Horrible.

That I doubt. At least I don't think it starts quick. There will be a lot of legal wrangling/motions IMO over venue and other jurisdictional issues with DOJ likely involved. If the cop is smart he pleas but one probably won't be offered. Wouldn't be surprised to see one of more of the other officers charged with something also.

Yeah, George and many others are a joke. I still don't understand what keeps him and Kelly Ann together. Maybe the kids. -

Read all 27 pages aloud with my Wife. It's unbelievable that these conversations would prompt or further an investigation. The calls are complete nothing burgers. -

Yes, one of the best TV shows ever. -
Well, investigations will be done and final judgement reserved for now but after looking at the 5 minute video many have seen, those cops look to be in deep *****. Can't see a reason why the officer knelt on George Floyd's neck for such a long period of time.

The Big Gamble: Hydroxychloroquine

This mirrors what nurse friend told us over the weekend. Very senior nurse at our local hospital. She said they used HCQ on many patients. Those that were given the drug before they were in very serious condition seem to get good results. Very serious cases didn't seem to respond to the drug. Interestingly, the hospital was told by our State government to stop using the drug about 2 weeks ago. She said it's all political and that doctors at hospital are under gag order not to discuss it. She's never been an outwardly political person. -
