He's certainly flawed and those flaws are frequently on display. Lots of people want illegal immigration finally fixed, want fiscal responsibility and want our military removed from Middle East conflicts. Additionally Trump has exposed China for the cheating pricks that they are. Add to that health insurance reforms. We're a better country if we tackle those 5 things. Trump has had only limited success in these areas but has had little to no help. Trump's support is rooted in his willingness to take on politicians, media and the leadership of other countries. The often baseless attacks from his political opposition and the media only fuel his popularity. He's been lousy on fiscal responsibility and frankly he could be calling out his political opposition much better IMO.

I think people of all races are tired of the constant efforts by media and pols to separate us into racial or other groups and treat or analyze people in this manner. It's really liberating to simply address people all the same and not at all difficult.

Barr has said Durham is not going to issue a report per se, only indictments if evidence dictates that. I've got a friend who is a recently retired agent for a very prominent federal law enforcement agency who told me a few months ago that he doesn't think there will be many or any indictments because everyone in Washington has dirt on everyone else and they all fear retaliation. He said it's even common at much lower levels of government for obvious crimes to be ignored even after lengthy investigations and iron clad evidence because too many have to much to hide or too many friends in the right places. Now we can only hope that Barr is independent enough to cast that aside and that he's true to his words.
