As a leader you can ask the people under you to make adjustments, and if they don't you have to weigh how you are going to handle it. I think SF knew his time was done as a bills OC. We do not know this, but I believe DJ was covering for a assistant that was not trusting his players. I think DJ is the type of guy to let his coaches, coach and then he deals with the consequences. He probably gives lots of imput, but it is up to them to gameplan and call plays.

I think DJ plays a little hardball with Peter's Next week he inactive Third week Second String Fourth week maybe he gets into the starting lineup. It just depends on how the team is doing. If it is not broke don't fix it. I don't care how good Peters thinks he is. (But I believe he will be starting by week 4)

For the past tow years and going into this year the thing people complained about most with DJ was the fact they didn't think he could have a dynamic offense. They said he played games not to lose. Well this first game either showed a difference in philosophy or that DJ for two years took the blame for an inept OC. These guys were fun to watch. I think this shows how good of a coach DJ is. I realize this is one game. I realize we could go 1-15, but I don't think we will. I think TS was a awesome choice for OC. I loved the way he called the game. If PF doesn't watch out he is going to be a Head Coach candidate. DJ has put the right coaches around him. He is getting the talent he needs to win and I think we are going to be seeing DJ for a while around here. He is a good coach. Better than what some of us give him credit for.

I live in Seattle and all week the local guys were all talking about how the defense was returning all 11 starters. This group was going to be all over us and our make shift offense. In fact I had to listen to their pre game show where all three guys on pre game were not even giving the bills a chance. Oh how I love it when we win big. I also think this says something about DJ. The biggest complaint I hear is that he is to vanilla. Well today was all chocolate. Wow they were fun to watch!!!!!

It is hard to communicate with people who will not listen. I am not sure that Ralph is holding this team back. I think he is the one who started righting a wrong he did by firing TD and hiring ML. I think we are heading in the right direction. Thanks to the moves that Ralph has made. As to money I think we are paying who we need to pay. I think a LE extension will happen, if he wants it to happen. There has to be a balance between what people are worth and what they think they are worth. We have a bright future. I think we will see that come sunday. We may not make the playoffs, but I believe we are nearing 1988-1989 type of team. We are nearing a Ronny Harmon drop away from a playoff win. I was 12 when that happened. I cannot wait to see my Bills return to glory!!!!!!!! The owner that did it then is the owner that is doing it now!!!!!!!!

I am not sure about that. I think more people like Edwards over JP. I think most people would say that JP can still play, but they think Trent is better fit for this system.
