Every team makes mistakes, but at least they identified the problem quickly and got out from underneath it ASAP. Better than digging your heels in, refusing to acknowledge you effed up and take action.

Amazing that the Colts got out from underneath. Smart move by our AFC counterpart, and yet another terrible move from an NFC team.

Harold Landry? He re-signed with the Titans yesterday. But point taken - we need a top-flight DE somewhere on this roster. Epenesa seems to be JAG so far, and it's too early to tell with Basham/Rousseau.

Lol it's unbelievable he's getting paid that much. We're fortunate they don't have a good QB on a rookie deal because the rest of their team is stacked.

I was never his biggest fan (seeing him in man coverage was TOUGH), but he performed admirably in other areas.

I'm curious what Davante Adams gets now. I know the current speculation is that he'll get tagged, but if they work out a long-term deal, maybe that contract will be a good indicator for what to expect w/any sort of Diggs restructure.

Oh, trust me - I'm on the same page as you. If Davis can do an exceptional job of tying up blockers (freeing the LBs and other DT up to make plays) AND sometimes adds a pass rush dimension, sign me up.
