  1. Yes but I'm one of the few people whose dexterity and reaction time INCREASES with alcohol consumption!
  2. Who goes down there before eleven? People who can afford to buy more than 5 drinks.
  3. I'm excited by alot but nervous that I may be getting my hopes up.
  4. Whitner is solid, comparing him to 3 of the best safeties ever is unfair.
  5. In that case I didn't SEE OJ kill Nicole so I guess he's innocent! Look around, drunk driving is running rampant in the NFL. Do you really think Lynch would be at Chippewa at 330 am sober? Chippewa is !@#$ing HORRIBLE when your sober, try it sometime, you won't make it past 11pm.
  6. Nice straw man you stuck out there. So inferring that Lynch was drinking that night from his past behavior on Chippewa is the same as believeing he's the Easter Bunny? Face the facts, "logic" would dictate that Lynch was acting that night on Chippewa as he has other nights, drinking and not tipping.
  7. You care, look at how passionate you are getting. Admit it, you have a crush on Manchild Lynch.
  8. Why are you swearing? I'm not swearing. Looks like someone is nervous that Lynch's actions of that night are going to be made public. Are you still going to so valiantly defend your boyfriend Lynch when the truth comes out that he was drinking Hennesey all night (without tipping of course) ???
  9. I'm not allowed to draw an inference from that? That only protects him from prosecution, I'm free to come to whatever conclusion I want.
  10. A person can be legally drunk and not "falling over himself". My point is that I'm sure Lynch doesn't want leaked reports every day of different people who either served him alcohol or saw him drinking and will try to settle as quickly as possible. By the way, how can you plead the fifth if you've done nothing wrong?
  11. I believe the comissioner has the discretion to decide, here is the policy. http://news.findlaw.com/legalnews/sports/d...ball/index.html
  12. It's a smart move by her legal team. Just as Lynch's defense team used hardball legal manuevers that may have seemed unseemly at the time Shepleys are doing the same. They know that Lynch doesn't want them looking into whether or not he was drinking that night as it could place him in the NFL's substance abuse program meaning that he would be subject to more frequent tests for both drugs and alcohol. By using the Dram Shop law her lawyers can leverage the bars into cooperating. My guess is that Lynch doesn't want his activities of that night to reach the light of day so he'll make her a generous offer and she'll go away. http://www.wkbw.com/news/local/20728404.html
  13. I'd rather turn into Travis Henry than a grown man who uses emoticons.
  14. I have no problem with him defending Lynch but "trashing the victim" is uncalled for and cowardly.
  15. The Peters injury absolutely killed us against the NYG.
  16. I agree that he's not malicious but he's definitely irresponsible and has a history of making poor decisions.
  17. You're right, the attorney's only concerned with the legal charges. Lynch's agent/publicists will handle the image rehabilitation.
  18. I think Clark is ill, thats why he isn't running for re-election.
  19. I doubt that he'd ever let it reach civil court. He'll over a generous payment and she'll accept.
  20. My point is that trouble always seems to find this guy. I have an open mind however, if he gives a sincere apology at his press conference this week I'll forgive him.
  21. Then what do you mean by "her perception"? Do you mean her recollection? How would her recollection change the fact there is substantial physical evidence to prove that impact occured?
  22. I know, these Lynch apologists are pretty trashy.
  23. My point is that there are people who trouble just seems to follow and it appears like Lynch is becoming one of them. Do you really believe that all these instances where he's been involved with police are coincidences? It's obvious that even with all the stuff he's been through he stil doesn't "get it" and will continue to put himself in situations like this. This doesn't concern you? He's one drive home from Chippewa away from ruining the Bills season.
