I totally agree that Stroud makes a HUGE difference to the D. Let's not forget however that the additions of Mitchell, Poz & Simpson are also HUGE upgrades over last season as well......this D looks to have the makings of something special.

Perhaps the Bills FO had better knowledge of the OLmen on the roster than the fans did and that is why they didn't draft an OLman till the 7th round. A bit like in the 06 draft when we apparently ignored the OT position(with fans clamouring for a first round LT selection) only to find Peters blossom into a probowler in 07. I tend to think that some fans have gotten so used to us stuffing virtually everything up that they are unable to trust in the FO at all. Since 06 there have been far more good personnel decisions made than bad ones. Go Bills!!!!

I think I'll quote somebody who has done a lot of research on this topic......you. How is it that you agreed with this 2 days ago but now figure it's not the case? As I saw it this was always the situation. Peters wanted more money starting this year......the Bills didn't, but are happy to negotiate for next years money. Peters lost.

It was a very sad day for me when Asimov died. I truly envy you for the 'few seconds' you had with him.....and the keepsake. I would have loved to have met him.......he really is my favourite author of all time.

I've been meaning to do a stats study for ages now......and I really don't have the spare time at the moment....but.... If you look at the 4 dominating LTs in recent times.... Jonathan Ogden Orlando Pace Walter Jones Willie Roaf .....2 have got SB rings.....1 helped get their team to a SB.....and 1 didn't get there. At a glance one would have to say that teams with star LTs seem to have a much greater chance of reaching(& winning) the SB than teams that don't have one.

Where is the drool smiley? Lovecraft & Asimov(my favourite author)......I can only dream. I'd love to collect rare books......I can only manage to keep up with latest releases that I like. One day....sigh.....

Last 6 seasons..... QBR & games won 95.7 & 13 72.7 & 8 70.9 & 4 92.4 & 10 90.4 & 10 85.6 & 12 I'd say 4 out of his last 6 were good.
