Outside of T.O. ... I don't see where we have improved anywhere. Florence < Greer Pat Thomas has potential, but we don't know. Hangartner should be better than Fowler, but we don't have a LG. We still have no pass catching TE We have a tougher schedule and Brady is coming back ... I'm assuming that we'll get some more free agents and some rookies who can contribute ... so 7-9 feels right to me.

Jauron was talking that Ellison is the starting LB, unless they find a FA that knocks their socks off and that Chambers / Bell will compete at LG ... so apparently we're not bring in any more free agents ... so outside of a likely upgrade at center, a hole at LG and no upgrades on D ... we have only the TO move this offseason ... So, while the TO move is an upgrade at WR, I think it is largely a PR move to sucker us back in while they make no major improvements to the roster ... why do I even care any more?!?

A good leader leads by example ... you should never ask more of your men than you are not only willing, but are actively doing yourself ... To set a good example, Coach Jauron should cut this slacker ... it's for the best interest of the team!!!!! A good shift kick to the scrotum is also recommended, but optional. Show some leadership Coach Jauron ... CUT THIS SLACKER!!!!

Yeah ... 500 ... I made it ... I would like to thank some of those who helped make this possible. First, to /dev/null for his excellent "Start an unfounded Rumor" post ... I'll take field smarts, vision, decision making and accuracy over a strong arm. But back to original point ... you are what you are, and arm strength is part physical and part mechanical, so to a large extent, either you have it or you don't.

I think the signings all fill needs and I have no problems, and they did get an impact player in Owens which should help the offense ... I would still like to see some veteran O-Line and LB help. I think that we can get a pass rusher and receiving TE in the draft, but we still need a starting LG. RB I think can be had in the draft ...

Yes, with Johnson it was mor mental ... he's like Losman in that while physically gifted, the game is too fast for them. They can't see the field and make decisions fast enough. Flutie, it was his lack of arm strngth. He was able to compensate for his size, but he didn't have the arm strength at he end to make plays. Once teams took his legs away by keeping him in the pocket, he was done.
