Agreed ... static html pages is so 90s. I use a phpbb forum with a CMS (mxbb, now mx-publisher) over the top of the phpbb. It's not as polished as the others, but it's powerful. Unfortunately, they're stuck at phpbb 2.0.x ... they're beta testing a version to work with phpbb 3.x, but it's not production ready yet. I tried Drupal, Joomla and some others, but couldn't get the hang of them ... but to each his own.

Agree ... I think James Carville is as much of an ass as Rush Limbaugh. I hate all extremes ... governing is ... errrr ... SHOULD BE representing everyone's interests ... unfortunately you don't get elected by being a centrist anymore ... we're lucky when a president gets elected and moves to the center.

Taking this to a higher level ... the thing about liberals and the whole PC (political correctness) movement. They talk all the time about diversity and respecting everyone's viewpoint, as long as it agrees with their own views. As soon as you say anything contrary, you get attacked. Nothing pisses liberals off more about free speech than someone exercising their right to use it.

In 1987 I had to decide between Syracuse and UB for engineering. As much as as I loved Syracuse, UB was too good of a value to pass up. No regrets.
