  1. No, I was not trying to object to anything you said. Just making light of the many threads about the same topics. I do not want to offend you or anyone else.
  2. You say at the end of your nose is where my rights end. However you are fine in saying that your freedom to make a judgement decision on anyone elses behalf . Lets take drugs for example, while the Federal Government spends over 600 BILLION a year on the war on drugs. That number is not taking in count for the money spent on jail for all those locked up. Also not taken into account the amount of victimless crimes that are taking up our judicial system making them hurring along cases that allows rapists and child molesters to get plea deals. If you legalize, then tax and use that tax to educate things would be much better off, not to mention that cartels, gangs and mafias would lose their cash cow because now you can buy at the local 711 instead of going to a dealer. Onto your gun argument. The sad acts of gun crimes break laws that are there already, so it is easy to conclude that bad people still get weapons, while decent law abiding citizens dont. If more guns would mean more crimes how come No one gets shot at NRA conventions, or gun rallies. However terrible gun crimes are committed when only one or people of one mind get guns, such as say womans clothing stores or a school campus. Is it safe to say that these terrible acts of cowardly losers would have taken place had more VICTIMS had guns. The answer is yes insane people will still be insane, but had someone had the means to fight back, it is fair to say the losses would be less. Onto your speeding argument. Are you telling me that the only reason I drive or anyone drives safely is because its the law. I drive safe because well I like to keep me an mine in one piece from the beginning of my journey to the end. How can you assume that if I have two choices I will make one you disagree with. The bottom line is we have all be dooped into buying into the politicians saying how the will keep us safe, while they slowley take away our rights. The freedoms allowed to us are being taken away because the government thinks you cant choose what is right for you. Before we go beyond the point of no return, lets scrap the two party system. Let us take power from the federal government and atleast return some to the local and state governments. Lets listen to what Kennedy said and stop asking what the government can do for us. Personally I dont care what, who, or how you do anything. Just stop telling me how to live my life.
  3. Just by how you replied you can tell you are a Democrat. You had a problem with gun control, while not caring about the legalization of drugs or gay marriage so you must be a Democrat. Both parties want to take my rights, it just depends on what rights you want to give up. If you want to spend your money on Hand Greneades and sawed off shotguns I wont tell you not to, its your money(how you use them should still be punishable by law, but having them is your business not mine). Just like if some idiot druggy wants to shoot herione and die, I dont care. I dont care what you do provided you dont ask me for money because your choices where bad,
  4. It Should be Legal. I think ALL drugs should be legal, prostitution, gay marriage, no outlawing of any type of firearms, trans fats, and no seatbelts, or speed limits. Laws should not decide the morals for a person, but uphold the decison of the maker. As long as no direct physical harm will become a person not involved with the decision then it should be considered part of ones FREEDOM of choice. I do not want to make your decisions, do not try to make mine. Down with Democrats, Down with Republicans, long live libertarians.
  5. You mean that other similiar posts to this one. Quick someone better start a thread about trading down, or a mock draft quick before those ideas are taken.
  6. I Dont remeber his Jersy Number but maybe it was a prime number.
  7. OK I am going to try this from memory so it may be off a little. Since 93 DB taken in the first round by the Bills. JD Williams, Henry Jones, Thomas Smith,Jeff Burris, Antwain Winfield, Nate Clements, Donte Whitner. So almost 50% of the last 15 drafts we have gone secondary, and I belive only Henry Jones played past his first contract(Clements recieved the Franchise tag so he played one year more, and I cant remember about Smith). I am not saying this team does not need another CB, I am just saying not in the first round again.
  8. I know i am in the minority but I think reciever 1st round then either a pass rushing end or linebacker, followed by a pass recieving TE.
  9. The Raiders pick ahead of the Bills in round two. Buffalo would of had to give up their first to outbid them.
  10. While you make a valid point on the financial issues, no one is going to trade with us unless the are blown away by 11 players. At this point they have no way of knowing who will be around at 11. They dont know who will jump ahead of 11 and who would fall to them if they stay where they are. The only top picks that would be traded right know will be for players already playing in the NFL in order for the other team to stock pile picks. Or a 1-3 overall because you are positive you will get a player you covet. At this point no one is saying I want the 11th overall choice because McFadden might be there. The Bills will not get offers to trade down till atleast th 8th overall pick.
  11. I hope they send him somewhere like the Deep South say maybe Atlanta. If they send him to say like Detroit the plane would probably fall short of the runway.
  12. I wouldnt be upset, but I doubt it would happen. McCargo and Stroud sre locks to make the team. Spencer Johnson would have to totally fall on his face to be cut, and Kyle Williams is still young with a (well you know high motor and all). So even if the team keeps 5 DTs that leaves only one slot available, so it probably wont be a first rounder. Looking at the depth chart WR, CB, and LB have the most open available roster positions( you could make an argument for TE, but it seems that the team is going for quantity instead of Quality with Anderson, Johnson, Royal, and Schouman, provided they actually have a FB or two this year they will only keep three, however I am not sure any of these guys make the team) . DE has one or two available positions but I doubt they tie up more big money in that area.
  13. Please use plenty of bubble wrap. Not for safety, but to give him something to do while he's waiting to get unpacked.
  14. I usually agree with your posts. However I think your wrong here. Granted I have not seen him play (not a big clemson nut), but from what I have read about him he has been compared to Jason Tuck, plus if the guy falls to the second round you take him, you can never have to many D-lineman.With Schobel being on the wrong side of 30 you have to start thinking of a replacement. http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/phillip-merling?id=778 Compares To: JUSTIN TUCK-New York Giants...Both defensive ends will make a nice living coming off the edge. They have impressive size, though Merling is best playing on the move to utilize a sudden initial step to slip past blocks. He is not a good stack-and-control type and must do a better job of protecting himself from low blocks, but he is quick to provide outside run contain and shows a quick swim-and-spin move that generally gets him into the backfield to pressure the pocket. He won't read and react in an instant, but has closing speed to seal the deal, even in long pursuit, once he locates the ball. He has to improve his lower-body strength, but there is enough athletic ability there to get by as his body continues to mature. http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/phillip-merling?id=778
  15. three cheers for Hamdan. Hip, Hip, Hooray
  16. I hate Schefter. Just last week he was talking all this crap about the Packers being idiots because they did not pursue Randy Moss and that was why Favre retired. The guy is clueless and thinks that things are so because he says it is so.
  17. I dont think anyone knows until the team is on the clock. It all depends on who is still on the board, and what and how many teams want said individual. The team doesnt have a magic wand that automatically trades down.(maybe on easy button should be installed into the war room) I am sure if the right offer comes in and the Bills like it they will take it, if they dont I am sure they have reasons. At this point I would think only the top three teams in the draft are getting offers from teams that are absolutley in love with couple of guys.
  18. I usually dont like doing these but Im bored so here goes. 1-Malcolm Kelly WR 2-Phillip Merling DE( supposed to be a first rounder but he is falling due to hernia surgery) 3-Dustin Keller TE(I see him mostley going in the second round, but this is my mock and I like him here) 4-Wesley Woodward OLB 5-Owen Schmitt FB 6-Michael Grant CB 7-Cody Wallace C
  19. I like Mayock and Woodson but Schefter and Faulk have to go.
  20. I hope he tells the other 31 teams they need a left tackle.
  21. I think our drafts have become better since they got rid of the wrestling the D-Line coach prerequisite.
  22. We can bring him back, we have the technology to make him better, faster, stronger.
  23. I here Kemp is such a good leader he may someday be in the Senate.
