  1. I'm all for better depth and competition. Plus, most likely he's better than Ellison. However, I pray to god that "John Henderson is also coming home" too. Is he Donte? Is John Henderson coming home too?
  2. What is really actually laughable here is how most of you are about Peter King. I'm not even going to say if I like him or not, because it's not relevant. I will say this however, I had no idea, until now, where he lived. I never heard him speak with bias toward New England, anymore than anyone else out there talks about their dominance compared to our otherwise pathetic division. Has anyone found anything bad to say about the Patriots lately? I will also say this. There were about three years in a row here, where Peter King picked the Bills as his "team to watch" or his "sleeper" pick. Well, when you get burned enough I guess you finally learn your lesson. Peter King has actually been pretty good to the Bills over the last few dismal years. And now he jumps off a bit, and you all crucify him. LOL. Unreal. Anyway, I'm kind of glad he doesn't like us this season. After all, he did like us the last few years, so hopefully he is wrong again, and we finally get in the playoffs this year. So, in advance, I say......We hope you are wrong about us again this year!
  3. You'd certainly know the meaning of deep. Your in it everyday it seems.
  4. No, you are just constantly wrong, and nothing you ever say comes true, despite claiming you have all this good info from sources. That incites and invites critcism. Write this as simply another Peters thread as your opinion, and no one cares. But picking apart douchebags during the boring offseason who claim they have sources is a hell of lot more fun than reading another TO is a bad teammate thread. You are nothing more than say....RealFootball 365, just you aren't an actual website. Your just a name-dropping wannabe.
  5. Total name dropping douchebag, except you never really drop names because you don't really know any. LOL. What a buffoon. I don't think I've ever seen anyone so infatuated with this sh--. Good god Skoob. It's really OK Skoob.....work your way up through the common man's middle class. Actually do something to make a mark on the world, and make a difference somewhere. It really is more rewarding than always trying to make people think that you are actually more than just a dingleberry on a famous man's ass. I guess I never really understood the infatuation that jock sniffers have with today's athletes.
  6. I don't think I've ever seen a bigger wannabe in my life than this guy. LMAO. My god.
  7. So I take it you are in the 5% of Bills fans that disagree with Moulds opinion?
  8. Where is Realfootball365? I apologize if I missed discussion on it being removed if there was one, but who do I owe the honor of saying...... THANK FUGGIN GOD, it's gone. If it is indeed gone, I'm raising one up to whoever got rid of it........A Blue Light for you...
  9. True. lol. I have idea where the man love came from. lol. However, I'm not even sure why I was on the baseball board. I don't even like baseball anymore like I used to. I maybe have been on the baseball board a total of like 5 times. Your right, I now disqualify this post from consideration. But I still enjoy it. LOL.
  10. I actually started the Rettata thread under one of my old handles of CentralVaBills. I still maintain to this day that it is the greatest thread in the history of the board, not only because the dramatic turn it took from arguing baseball to "this abortion", but also because of the fact that the thread became a monster, on the baseball board of all places. It didn't benefit from the now popular "off the wall", or on the main TBD board......it actually grew like a boil on a fat persons ass until it finally popped.........on the baseball board. Many wallers didn't even know there was a baseball board, until that monster exploded. Until a thread can put up the numbers that Retatta did on an obscure board like the baseball board, I say it's king. Man, Darin took that thing and turned it with one of the greatest phrases the board has ever laid eyes on.....lol...... "This Friggin Abortion" should be draped across the top of TBD somewhere! The thread actually takes a turn for the dramatic in post #10 of Rettata! Outstanding.
  11. In other words....you came up with pretty much nothing either.
  12. I agree with this 100%. Over the past five to seven years, I've bought nothing but throwback players and Poz (I'm a Penn State season ticket holder also). Only buy absolutes. Now, they are being transferred to jersey cases and hung up on the gameroom wall. The only thing this era of Bills football has been good for is to catch up on all the old jersey purchases of former great players.
  13. Butler seems undersized to me to play tackle on the right side. However, I will say this.....he was a very good right tackle opposite of Ferguson at UVA. He was very smart, had a mean streak in him, and worked very hard. Outside of that one incident at UVA, he was one of the most respected lineman in the ACC. I have no idea what that means for our Bills, but I do know he got many accolades in the ACC when he was playing RT.
  14. Give me a break. I like MAC football and root for all MAC teams except when they are playing BSU. I only see people putting Davis down while trying to make a better case for Willy. Why does that need to happen? And please spare me the crap about UB being a bad Division 1-AA team. You do know that BSU is coming off of the nations longest losing streak in the nation when Brady Hoke took over right? They were the laughing stock of college football. They had actually lost games to teams in 1-AA. You know that right? So, spare me this UB did something that is so special by winning the MAC Championship game BS. IT'S THE MAC! You weren't the darlings of college football. Turner Gill and staff still lost a few games. And you weren't the first team to be a horrible program and bounce back to win the MAC. It all happens all the time to this conference. You won the MAC, congrats, it's been done every year now for about 50 years or more. And usually, the MAC doesn't have powerhouse programs.....so, come the next few seasons, chances are, some other schitty program (just like Ball State and Buffalo) is going to rise up, win the MAC, lose their coaching staff, and then fall mightily again. It's the vicious MAC cycle. But everyone here has to act like UB and their players did something that deserves a friggin documentary because it was so special. And yeah, I like UB, and I actually think they'd be a great fit for the Big East. So, yeah, don't play that card please.
  15. First of all, recently means in the last few years. As compared to when Big Ben was at Miami, or Pennington with Marshall, or even Culpepper with Central Florida (who, yes, was in the MAC then), the MAC has been down in talent as compared to that era. However, don't even try to throw Big Ben in there, because Miami had one chance to beat an Iowa team the year they had one loss, and Big Ben was horrible. I think he had 4 or 5 picks and Miami's offense was completely shut down. In Davis' games recently against big name schools, he has produced huge numbers. But hey, I don't want to turn this into Big Ben vs. Davis, because I actually LOVED watching Miami when Ben was there. I thought Ben was a stud then, but he also was bad in about his only true big game he ever played in. Plus Ben has the size, mind and "poise" that Davis doesn't have. Also, I saw Pennington's Marshall teams at Ball State. I was at the game when Randy Moss scored five TD's in Muncie and that was a very good team, although, college football at that time didn't have even the BCS so they weren't even recognized. Marshall should have stayed in the MAC. Do you even hear of Marshall anymore? There was also Josh Cribbs, and Bruce Gradkowski's teams that were pretty good too. I like Ben alot, however, since they lost their first game that year to Iowa, Miami was irrelevant for the rest of the college football season......other than the occasional.....Hey, they are pretty good. They not only lost that game, they weren't even competitive. But yeah, I wasn't comparing Davis to those guys.
  16. Umm, very well thanks. Is there a recession?
  17. When it counted? So great, UB won the MAC Championship game. Seriously, big deal. Does anyone even care? Will anyone outside of WNY even know in two months who won the MAC Championship game. The only reason the MAC was even remotely significant last year was because Ball State ran the table up to the MAC Championship game. And they did it while losing one of the best players in college football in game #3 (Dante Love) and Davis' biggest weapon. While Willy's team won that game (largely due to Davis' turnovers, and the RB that BSU couldn't stop, and a horrible call at the goal line), the MAC became irrelevant again the minute that game ended. The reason, because UB, a very mediocre team, upset Ball State (the same BSU team that beat UConn the year before), and it killed to MAC's chances to be revelant. If UB would have come in also undefeated, that would have been different. But because Davis lost that game, doesn't make Willy better. After all, what happened in the games Willy lost? Or the year before when Davis hung 55 on UB? Winning a title game on a night in front of 7,000 fans doesn't mean Davis lost the biggest game of his life. LOL. The MAC Championship game is not the same as the Big 12 championship or whatever other title game is out there. He was just bad at the end of the year for some reason. No one knows why. He disappeared from the media, school, and his hometown for awhile. The kid really flaked out. It's a shame. But hell, he got his chance, and now it's up to him. If he can't hang, that's on him.
  18. At least this post makes sense. If this is the only time you saw Davis, I would imagine anyone would be thinking....."what in the hell is all the hype about over this kid".
  19. Is there another reason Davis has to constantly be brought up in all Willy posts?
  20. The pressure of the MAC championship game did not get to him. I played for baseball for Ball State, and roomed with two football players, one of which is in the NFL now, and I can tell you that any Ball State player would rather beat a MAJOR conference school than worry about winning the MAC Championship in front of 7,000 fans. While a conference title is always your goal, when you actually win the MAC Championship game, you are usually locked into a crappier bowl game than the team that isn't in the title game. In this case though, BSU was undefeated, but assured to be locked out of the BCS which still would have had them playing friggin Tulsa in a bowl even if they beat Buffalo. So, many times, a MAC teams biggest games are the beginning of the year non-conference games against a major power. Nate Davis has taken Ball State into hostile environments and put up 50 plus points at Nebraska, almost won at Michigan, and was winning games against Big Ten and Big East teams at home in Muncie. He also already had performed well the year before in the bowl game vs. Rutgers, which is one of the reasons BSU acquired so many ESPN Prime Time games even before Ball State was 8-0, 9-0, 10-0. Believe me that any player would much rather beat one of those schools than win the Motor City bowl and go on to play another Mid Major in a meaningless bowl game. And Davis performed very well in a number of huge games that BSU played outside of the MAC conference. This is what all made the MAC Championship, bowl game, and combine so puzzling. I don't know what the hell happened to the kid. You had a large number of games to judge him from all thrown out the window for those two games. Makes no sense.
  21. Could've fooled me, because everytime there is a post about Willy and UB, someone ripping Nate Davis has to come up somewhere. It's kind of the inferiority Bills, no respect, factor, that has crept in (I.E. jealousy) to the UB side. Nate Davis had one hell of a career at Ball State. He also dominated the MAC and some very good MAJOR (non-MAC) teams in his career at BSU. No other recent QB in the MAC can even come close to saying the same. I hope Nate recovers, or it's truly a travesty what happened to him. I also hope all of the other MAC players do well in the NFL. The MAC seemed to have a pretty good year this year in getting players drafted.
  22. I'm not sure what happened to Davis in his last two games at Ball State and then at the combine. He just collapsed for some reason. However, as my alma mater, I'm not going to let Davis get torn apart by you guys either (even though I was ready to kill him for tanking against Buffalo and Tulsa). If you want to root for Willy, I think that's great. I wish him luck too. However, Willy couldn't, didn't, or wasn't even close to accomplishing anything near what Davis accomplished in college. Some of you come off so jealous of Nate Davis it's not even funny. Relax, enjoy both QB's and even Hiller from Western Michigan. But please, if you want to talk about a player coming out of school, what they've accomplished, and how good they are, Nate Davis is, by far, the most accomplished MAC QB in quite a while. Again though, I have no idea what the hell happened to him at the end either. And I'm also not sure he can get it back together. One of the biggest mysteries ever.......I think this is a classic case of an agent ruining a young kid. After all, before the end of year and combine IMPLOSION, Davis was thought to be a late first round to second round pick. He was that good. Then, he made his decision to come out, and sucked after that.
  23. Ummmm, ok, and this blog has any value in what way? He states the painfully obvious that you can't grade a draft right away. Well, no schitt. Hey Scott, make a prediction on how YOU think the Bills did, and then come back three years from now, and grade yourself on how much you knew. Otherwise, this is just another anti-grading of a teams draft early after it's over blog. Go out on a limb, and tell us how you think they did. Then, people can rip or praise you three years from now, when you revisit your grades. Weak!
  24. TE - Darius Hill, Ball State (6'6", 240) 42 receptions, 65 receptions, 40 receptions, 31 TD's while starting three years. OT - Cadogan
