  1. I second this. Can anyone get this online somewhere?
  2. Obviously the Steelers gameplanned this one. Just like last when the Pack gameplanned that one last week. Jesus God, we are awful.
  3. If I was the owner, Gruden would have been here as soon as he was let go last year.
  4. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. He'll delete all your posts if you continue. Never speak about "his threads".
  5. I don't mind the no huddle at all. But we are kind of getting one that is created in the mind of Turk Schonert (obviously). I'm not sure that everyone remembers just how much Jim Kelly's no huddle actually ran the ball with power during those years. Remember all the counters and draws he used to call? This isn't anything close to that no huddle, philosophy wise, or at least I don't think so at this point.
  6. OK, let's clarify. Jeez. My teams wouldn't really be built like ours currently is constructed, but yeah, I'd run the offense GB is running. Exactly.
  7. that the Bills SHOULD be running while playing in a cold weather city like Buffalo? Two big athletic TE's in Donald Lee and Jermichael Finley. Two good size WR's who can go across the middle and create a big target. And a downhill runner, going between the tackles like a bowling ball. Anyone think they would like to see that two TE, two WR, one RB attack in Buffalo? Just fuggin curious. Because those of you who think this TS no huddle is anything like the pulling, countering, draw play attack Jim Kelly ran is simply delirious.
  8. It will most likely be after the season, and not when we are 2-7. We'll wait, and every fantastic NFL coach that now sits out there will be gone by the time we even start looking for a coach. Then, we'll go out and get the offensive coordinator from the Browns or somewhere as our new Head Coach, and god knows who will be the next GM/VP/Scout/Marketing director type person that will act as head of football personell.
  9. Over a game? I love when people say they don't react over ONE game, let alone pre-season. OK cool. I now give you the last ten years to go ahead and over react. It's the same old crap and formulas over and over, just like groundhog day.
  10. Insert Tony Sparano and the Dolphins into miraculous too.
  11. If the offense practiced AT ALL, they maybe wouldn't look so bad. This is awful.
  12. The funnier part is that I have found three sites so far, and they are all pointing to this douche's 1981 TV from his webcam. Hey, but at least he's the only douche to do it. LOL
  13. Watching the Bengals game last night on NFL Network, they were pumping tickets for their HOME OPENER all through last nights game. Teams will be struggling this year, and I'm guessing while the NFL's popularity is at an all time high, teams that are bad are going to start encountering sales problems and blackouts.
  14. This kind of stuff cracks me up. How do you know his first step is ridiculously quick? He hasn't played or practiced a down yet. He's also very light, which just as well could make him a below average pass rusher. I'm just playing devils advocate here, but my statements could be just as true as yours. No one has any idea how good Maybin will be. He should be signed by now. There is enough information out there to slot his contract. That's the only thing that is ridiculous.
  15. I for one could care less about Kyle Williams fishing trip, or how much his wife loves infants. I could care less about Huggins' pregame antics or how many model Corvette's he collects. I could care less about any of these guys personally because I don't know them, and don't really care to know outside of what they can do to win games. If a Bills player impacts the quality of life of Buffalo residents or residents in their hometown, either negatively or positively, then yes, tell me about it. Otherwise I could care less. Give me news on TO's toe. Give me news on Maybins status. Give me news on how Lee and TO are doing. Give me news on if the Bills have looked around the league to upgrade any positions. Give me news on how the Bills plan to stay viable in WNY. I can read that stuff all day long. The fact that Sal wrote what he did, is because other than TO being in camp, this is pretty much the same Buffalo Bills team, lead by the same crappy, dull, head coach. The Bills don't release much info, nor do they really work hand in hand with many local media outlets, so you get stuff like this. There was nothing wrong with what Sal wrote. And, if you want to know some of that other crap about personal Bills players, go to camp and ask them. It's not that hard to talk to them. In Canton, I personally talked to Russ Brandon before the game from the stands. I talked to Scott Berchold (sp?) from the stands during the 4th quarter. Marshawn came over to the stands after halftime and grabbed my smoothie to fake like he was going to wash down his chips he was eating. And TO came over and said thanks for the sign we brought in. Donte Whitner came over to the guys next to us and shook people's hands down the fenceline. Derek Schouman came over after the game to tell my friend, that he actually knows only from facebook, thanks for the pictures and nice to finally meet you. It's not hard. What Sal wrote is perfectly fine. He's bored. Just like most of the fan base, before TO got here.
  16. Actually choosing to write an article about Kyle Williams is of little or NO interest to the average fan.
  17. Well, for the sake of debate......let's name some who might be worse.......... Go ahead, I'm stuck already!
  18. I actually don't really have a problem with anything he wrote. He seems almost dead on to me. It boggles my mind why people think that the writers from the areas with teams have to be positive cheerleaders all the time. The Bills have been pathetic for a long time, and haven't addressed some of the same weaknesses they have had for a long time. Add to that a deadbeat, and bad, head coach, and you pretty much have exactly what Sal writes. I'm not sure what everyone would be looking for. Until the Bills actually do something about it, what actual glowing reviews should they be getting?
  19. While this is the definition of authentic, these ARE NOT (the reeboks) the same jerseys as worn by the player. They really aren't even close. Reebok doesn't even make the authentics that they put their name on. They are made by another company and then sold to Reebok to give to actual NFL teams. The players jerseys nowadays are much better than the authentics that people can buy online. The "authentics" that people can buy online are still awesome, but they aren't the real thing. I didn't know however, that the supposed online authentics were meant to still fit over pads. That's interesting. On another note, I interned and then was employed by the Atlanta Braves. I handled player uniforms there for over a year. When you buy an "aunthentic" hat or shirt online, they ARE NOT, the same as the players wear. They are still sweet, but the quality in the stitching, and jersey material still isn't the same. I know the rep of the company that makes most of the NFL uniforms, and he has brought some in to my office to show me what a real NFL jersey now looks like. They aren't the same as online. The main place you can see this is in the sleeves area, and the stitching going down the seems. This company who makes the jerseys for Reebok actually, once in a blue moon, has sales to the public, and yes, they actually have a warehouse in Buffalo. You'd be amazed at the difference. So, why I ask all the questions about DH Gate is various. Are the DH Gate jerseys supposed to the "authentic" which means they are already a cut below the actual real thing. And then, on top of that, are they close to the online authentics that you can get from say a Reebok. What I didn't know though, is that an online Authentic was actually made to fit over pads. That's pretty cool if that's the case.
  20. I think most people here would have picked Orakpo BEFORE this Maybin incident we're in now. Oh, and I'm a Penn State fan. I was actually pissed we didn't take Orakpo.
  21. This is a good post to go by. Not cutting, but 5'8", 155 is a pretty small guy. He said the mens medium fits him nice. So, sticking to most people's body types, if you are anywhere from 5'10"-6'2" tall and weigh between 185-205, which a lot of people do, you would most likely get a 52. That would let you wear something underneath if it's chilly, but you also wouldn't look stupid if you wore it over just a T-shirt. The fact that this 48 was huge, is one of the things that makes ordering fakes worrisome. They often switch sizes and nobody can really complain, because they can just blame it on their "supplier" of whoever makes the jersey.
  22. This is what I'd like to know. But I can say this. There's already a red flag with this sizing. A 48 jersey is not HUGE....or at least it shouldn't be. A size 48, which is what I thought, and was confirmed above, is a MENS Medium. Most men wear an XL. A size 48 shouldn't be huge. Hell, in youth football leagues, most kids nowadays above 8 yrs old wear an adult small, at least, which would be a 46. A size 48 shoudln't be huuuuuuuge. That's one small red flag.
  23. That's what I'm saying. A 48 is a mans medium. That's friggin tiny. And no, these jerseys are not made to fit over pads.
