Yeah, that's it. I'm hard up. I was just dying to have you interact with me tonight. Again, I want to know if anyone else has heard anything about it, before I post something that nobody believes. Maybe I should call for NGU.

It wasn't football related in the sense that it definetely didn't happen on the field. It is football related in the fact that he was being boneheaded right in time for the season. I just wanna know if anyone else has heard what it is, so I don't spread a stupid rumor and it turns out not true. The source on this is pretty rock solid......usually. And no, the source doesn't know anyone in the Bills organization, but he does visit an establishment that MANY Bills execs have visited for many years. And those Bills execs occasionally give these guys tidbits of info. This one is actually kind of funny in a way.

LOL, nah. I just wanna know if it's widely known, or if just a small group of people know what happened in Orchard Park. Maybe Hammer knows or has heard, and it's nothing criminal, but it is pretty stupid, and supposedly it really irked Gailey. He's more in the dog house at this point than he is hurt.

Don't know if this has been discussed or not, but Easley's injury is from a non football related activity. Anyone else hear about this? I'm curious, because the rumor is circulating around Orchard Park. Thanks!

Name the top 7 players on the roster

LOL, that's it? -
A reputable media source has us #1, and they aren't joking.

Either the rifle, or Eric Wood and his flowing perm and striking eyes. -
The prettiest team in the NFL.......................your Buffalo Bills. And they did the research to prove it. AND, to even further the article, guess who has the ugliest team in the league? Kansas City. Those ugly ass bastards. This brings up a couple of questions........ #1 - Are the Chiefs going to be mad because they are so ugly? #2 - Is Tom Brady jealous of us? My link We're #1, we're #1!

Will Spiller fall below the Maybin line?
Lv-Bills replied to CSBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah, he's not a bust, just an incredibly stupid pick for a team to take a toy rather than some substance to help build a line that makes toys valuable. Horrible waste of a top ten pick. He makes more sense for a team like the Colts/Steelers/Packers. -
Yes he does. He's a terrific listen on radio if you are in the mood for hardcore football talk. You can tell he still studies the game and all of its teams.
-
I'm too lazy to re-type a whole roster, but I have one question that perplexes me about your post. Why are the numbers for the all of the players one off?

Rich Gannon is one of the most informed and well educated analysts on the NFL. If you ever listen to him on NFL Sirius radio, he's one of the most knowledgeable people covering the NFL.....period. He's not the most charismatic guy in the world, but he knows alot about every team in the NFL, and isn't afraid to speak his mind. I think he's destined to coach one day.

$15 parking @ Hammer's Lot Today
Lv-Bills replied to Hammered a Lot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Kind of, but not really. For instance, if you don't know better, and you are on say.....Rte 20A and want to turn on Abbott, you still can so that you can park in any of the lots up until where the road is blocked. However, a strategically placed sign that reads that Abbott Road is closed may prevent potential customers from reaching Hammer's Lot because they won't attempt to even turn onto Abbott Road. Potential customers not reaching Hammer's Lot = Hammer not making as much money as he could. Thus, Hammer's problem. Not that I really care if Hammer makes money or not, but this whole Bills parking crappola really blows. -
Let Edward R. Jenkins know what you're thinking
Lv-Bills replied to Beerball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I left a comment. Childish? Maybe. But it did make me feel better. What an idiot. -
The same should apply to the Bills front office when building a roster and investing some money into the roster. After all, my mom is a Bills fan, and has been pretty sick to her stomach at their roster over say, the decade or so. Hey Ralph, "Make Mom Proud"

Jets offer Maybin one year deal.
Lv-Bills replied to lets_go_bills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Amen. Really, do people honestly think someone cares if they ignore them? And if you do care, grow a pair. -
Even though I renewed my season tickets, and have a right to an opinion, let's just review here..... Did they just give Lee away? Yeah, pretty much. Was he valuable here? Yeah, pretty much. He was a starter. Now there's a hole that wasn't there yesterday. Is Ralph cheap? Yeah, pretty much. He's wayyyy under the cap, his team has sucked for 11 years, and there were guys available that were better than guys on his roster. That equals cheap. He also sells home games despite making a profit. This can only mean he needs a larger profit. After all, he is not moving the Bills while he's alive right? He makes a profit right? Then, why sell a home game? And if you homers say it's to make the franchise stronger in the future, your an idiot. Because if Ralph is worried about the Bills in Buffalo in the future, why not have a succession plan in place AND tell people what it is? It's pure ignorance and lack of respect for the city of Buffalo and its fans. Is Buddy asleep on the job? Well, he admitted he would be sleeping when free agency starts. While that's probably not true, only an idiot would actually say that. I mean, what purpose does that serve him or the Bills to say things like that? None. He just needed to open his mouth again in condescending fashion. Just win some football games by drafting better and through free agency please. If there are players out there to be had, and they are better than your last 53rd, and you have oodles of money to do it....THEN DO IT. Otherwise, expect the heat if you aren't doing everything you can to win. That's how I see it anyway. From Section 135, 17 rows up.

My only problem with this is that it's homeristic thinking. To it's fullest. When the hell did we get a solid WR corps? When exactly did this happen? Because D Jones had a good catch or two last year? Because Roscoe (who I like) started decent before getting hurt.....again? Because Nelson flashed a time or two some qualities of a good WR? Ask the homers here about Marcus Easley, and they act like they know he's Anquan Boldin. AND NONE OF YOU HAVE NO IDEA. LOL. You've gotta be kidding me. Easley is like the next guy that fans hope can take the torch from when homers tried to make Kwame Cavil or Martin Nance (two more WR's no one knew anything about, but acted like they did) the next Jerry Rice. Not that they really know more, but a caller called in to NFL radio when they were at Bills camp yesterday and talked about the Bills "fantastic" young WR corps. Ross Tucker and Bob Poppa almost ridiculed him off the air. Saying basically, you still have no idea what you've got yet in Buffalo at the WR position. I agree fully. ONE WR had one good year. That's it. I don't even mind getting rid of Lee. Lee did disappear a lot. Great. My problem is with the loser mentality of why they are replacing. We are a team with a ton of cap space. TONS. So, let's make a competition on the team for the last two WR spots. If they can beat out Lee, cut him after he's a guy that isn't contributing more than others on the team. That certainly wasn't the case. The Bills are notoriously cheap with this. They cut average starters, when they have worse holes elsewhere on the roster, and are forced to spend money on fixing a hole THEY created with the cut they made. KEEP YOUR OWN, and when they are no longer the best player at the position, then get rid of them. ESPECIALLY if you have the cap room to do so. This will never change unless we are lucky enough to have a new owner that wants to win in Buffalo. It's amazing that free agency is awesome when an owner like Pegula does it and the Sabres improve, yet Ralph isn't cheap, even though he sits there with a craptastic roster and tons of cap room. Makes no sense, other than you have no pride in the product you put there........Ralph. Translation = Go to Ruth's Chris steak house, get served McDonald's and just shut up and take it.....quietly!
-
Because 80% of Bills fans who can think just a tad outside of their Bills jersey knows the owner has no pride in his product.
-
Yeah, but you're the king of homer spin. 1 year of the Nix regime. True. But the superhomers like yourself will point out that Aaron Maybin wasn't Nix's pick (which is probably true), however, in a different thread the superhomers will have us believe that Nix pretty much was the only person responsible for San Diego's roster. Even though no one even knew he even worked there. This organization doesn't deserve one iota of a benefit of a doubt. Not one. My god, you've gotta be Russ Brandon. The fact that an owner has a ton of cap room, and isn't aggressive to make a 11 year crap roster better is a an owner that doesn't have as much pride in his product than he should. This is easily the worst organization in sports. That solidified immediately when a prideless owner starting selling home games. And until they turn it around, they shouldn't be cut any slack. I don't care what year it's in. But I guess if you see things as they are, you can't be a Bills fan right?
-
God, the Bills could have at least thrown in Maybin too to make us all feel a little better. That would have saved face in the PR battle a little bit.
-
Most people outside of the 716 area code, would say the same thing about Kyle Williams as well.
-
Larry Fitzgerald also had only 6 TD's last year, despite playing in 3 more games than Lee. TD's alone don't really say all that much now do they? Lee actually deserves this. He's a good guy. Good player. And his been stuck in this horseshit organization for too long. Good Luck Lee. Enjoy the NFL playoffs.

Fitzy pretty much just said today (quoted) that Roosevelt isn't a burner. Scratch that one off your burner list. Not that I agree or disagree with your assesment of Evans.

Dear Mr. Brandon, Instead of coming down on the fans.
Lv-Bills replied to OCinBuffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The league wanted to close Abbott Road so that fans from the South would park in the south and fans from the north would park in the north? I've been to many NFL stadiums, and I've never had less traffic before games as the Ralph. Ever. Over the last couple of years, you could almost pull right up to the stadium about 30 minutes after the lots opened. Once the initial tailgaters get in, traffic near the stadium is as light as anywhere in the NFL. This will now F$#@ it up. What pisses people off is when Doofus Brandon gets up there and he says things like.....(paraphrasing), we hear from fans year after year about they want to get in quicker and get out quicker. BS. I've never said that. I never say half the things he says we think. Your at a football game. Expect some traffic. Simple as that. Kinda like Buddy Nix saying that the Bills were taking (did he say hundreds?) of calls per day for the head coaching job. LMAO. Yeah OK Buddy. And some people actually buy that stuff. If you are making changes to curb some things that are going on.....just SAY SO RUSS. Otherwise, you come off as looking like you are killing the only thing that has been good about Buffalo Bills football for the last ten years.......the tailgating. Win some freakin games. It's amazing, you wouldn't even need Toronto because you could then charge more for tix in Buffalo. Ask Pirate fans how much winning does for a team. I know, I'm one of them. I went to PNC Park for the first time in 10 years (since the initial game at PNC), because the PRODUCT is good. It's amazing what competence, or just showing you are trying to win games, will actually do.
