  1. There is no doubt this is true, but the real question with picking Whitner is this.....could we have had Whitner AND another pick by trading down to get him? Also, could we have lived with Bunkley, Whitner, or Ngata if we did trade down to try and get Whitner a little bit lower? I think that's what some of us are mad about!
  2. No, the pick was awful in that spot. AWFUL. And yes, when you come in here with Jauron's overall record, he needs to prove to fans he can get it done. Jauron is a loser. It's up to ole Dick Jauron to quiet the skeptics. After all, he's on his third lease of coaching life. I'm skeptical.
  3. And some of us diehards are sick of losing a little bit more I guess. We like pissing in cheerios, when the situation calls for it. Just like last year, when everyone realized the franchise was flundering under TD. It's amazing that when the fans actually publicly showed frustration, ole Tommy Boy was gone. Problem is we ended up with Marv, who has already been schooled today, and Dick friggin Jauron. And please don't lecture me on being a Bills fan for 21 years, because I've been there longer and have season tix in VA. If I wanna B word about my money going to this crap, I certainly will. It worked to get rid of TD.
  4. Thanks, and I'll add you to the "lemming" group! Maybe someday, the way this franchise is going we'll meet somewhere in the middle. Let's see, how about 2016? Think we'll be there by then?
  5. Yeah, and for all but three NFL teams, it hasn't taken since 1999 to do so. Guess who one of the three teams is?
  6. Not only that, Kubiak is an offensive coach, and Houston's owner was on Sirius today explaining the when talks with Bush were going so-so, Kubiak was the ring leader in saying that Let's go get Williams, he'll help them more anyway. An offensive coach, who went out and got Moulds, to line up opposite of his #1, and is objective about his roster. A coach, who also, DRAFTS FOR NEED and IMPACT. Imagine that. Took a lot of sack to pass up on Bush and Vince Young. I respect that alot. We could have added more picks today and ended up with either Bunkley, Ngata or the guy we ended up with. Yeah, I'll take Kubiak over perennial loser Jauron anyday. Any fuggin day of the week.
  7. I agree with a lot of this, but my favorite are the "level headed" good sentence structurists who exclaim the following like clockwork every year..... "Let's just wait to see how the picks turn out first - after all, you don't work for the Bills." Then we get to.... "It's just training camp, they need time to gel." Then... "It's only pre-season dumbass, we aren't trying to win, get first downs, or look good, we just want to be vanilla." Continuing.... "It's early morons, 1-3 with only one offensive touchdown, doesn't mean disaster, there's plenty of time left." And finally...... "Hey, we're 3-7, but the division is bad, so if we run the table, and maybe beat Team X on the road, who is 9-1, and only lose one more game at NE, we can do this thing." And then we're full circle, back to cutting people, and getting ready to pick guys like Donte Whitner at #8 overall again. Meanwhile, guys like Gary Kubiak are in Houston, and we get Marv back (although I love him), but cmon. Why the fugg not trade down and try to get Whitner later, and if he isn't there, get Bunkley or Ngata. Un-fuggin-believable. Oh boy, the beat goes on.
  8. Yeah thank god, cuz after all, who would want a reach at #8? And the beat goes on and on and on with this franchise.
  9. And to further add to this.......whether the original article is right or wrong, it actually says in the ARTICLE posted on Reyes from the TBD front page, the Bills may elect to move him to a tackle spot. Actually two articles mention this possibility. And yes, Carolina fans were most upset with their interior line this past season. As a matter of fact, it was considered the teams achille's heal.
  10. If you promote how the strip clubs and massage parlors in Canada operate to US college boys, this game will end up packed every year.
  11. His birthday. You're married. Ummmmm, why aren't you going to Niagara Falls, Canada? All of the hotels are cheap over there. Bargains are a plenty. Stop by the stadium, spend money, eat in Buffalo, stay in Canada. Much nicer hotels, and better prices, IMO.
  12. Oh boy! But anyway, just for fun, take them for what they are worth. A sampling of three different fan boards......mostly derogatory. All copied and pasted!!! By the way, Stats Inc has a PC program which rates all lineman in the NFL. A rating scale of 1-10. They consider 6 average. Reyes is rated a 5 Run Blocker and 5 Pass Blocker. Fowler is rated the same. Villarial is rated a 6 Run Blocker and Pass Bocker. Gandy is also a 5-5. Peters graded out an overall 4.5, but I'm not sure if they had him rated better as a run blocker or pass blocker. On the Mike Williams front, he was graded an overall 4. Bryant McKinnie was an overall 7. He was rated an 8 in one area and 6 in the other. I don't have it in front of me right now, so I'm sure which was which. Anyway, I thought it was mildly interesting. Anyway, here are some quotes on Reyes. I couldn't really find anything positive. Seems like Big Bennie all over again. Well, at least according to fan GM's. Reyes at tackle?! Oh my... surely not! They'd be in for a not-so-pleasant suprise. I could see Reyes at RT. He is really not that bad of a pass blocker. It is his run blocking that sucks bad. At RT he would not need to get as much push as he would at RG. Either way, Reyes is nothing more than a below average starter or a good back up. Reyes blocking in space while moving.... Too bad we only play Buffalo in the preseason this year. I was chosen to seek out lies and half truths. Ha ha ha... poor, poor Levy... This ranks right up there with the signing of Peerless Price. So long Reyes, Delhomme and Foster will be glad to see you landed with the Bills, LOL! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.....Reyes @ OT..... Well it was really unconsistent last year and most of it was due to Travelle Wharton, Jeff Mitchell, and Tutan Reyes. Reyes is a good lineman but needs to work on consistency. He's technically sound but has the aggressiveness of Richard Simmons. If you're putting him in at LG, I hope you don't run any plays that calls for him to pull because he's just too slow to be a pulling guard. He's a way better pass blocker than he is a run blocker. The only thing Tutan Reyes has going for him is that he has a cool name.
  13. I mean, the NFL is starting to get on overkill with all the draft stuff. I just got Sirius radio and I love it. But, it's nothing but the draft, 24 hours a day, all the time. And yeah, I know it's coming up.....ok, great. Seriously, just listen or read enough......if you listen long enough, you are sooner or later going to hear that that Pittsburgh is going to trade up to get Leinart. I mean, it's getting totally stupid with everyone guessing. Listen long enough and you'll probably have someone say that the Chargers are looking to trade up to get Reggie Bush. Or, you hear what Leinart eats for breakfast. When he was fat. If Michael Huff went to prom with the wrong girl. Did Tamba Hali consider Al-Qaeda before Penn State. COME ON ALREADY.
  14. Houston is gonna trade down. Tennessee is gonna trade down. The Jets are going up and down. Buffalo is going to trade down. I mean, who isn't going to trade up or down? The rationale is killing me. Buffalo is gonna trade down because they have alot of holes to fill. LMAO. Gee, you think? Does that same thing hold true for every other team in the top ten of the draft? Yeah, I'd say so. I mean, come on already. NOT ONE PERSON, or analyst, or anyone knows what the hell is gonna happen. Everyone is trying so hard to guess, it's just hilarious. Every team has been rumored to be doing everything that's possible in the draft. For the love of god, please just let Saturday get here, so I can stop reading all of the "experts" predictions, both in print and on every radio broadcast of every day.
  15. I really need some old time draft grades for a personal project. Does anyone know if any site has gone back in time to grade how the draft classes actually did? Thanks, I can't really find anything.
  16. Yeah, sure, if all of the other RB's in the AFC that actually run hard, practice hard, and are good all retire this season.
  17. Being a Pens fan, there is still nothing quite like the crowd serenading Hextall. I don't care if he doesn't play hockey anymore......there was nothing like seeing 17,000 serenade HEXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXx-TALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL to open the hockey playoffs! Bring it back Sabres fans, bring it back! lol
  18. LOL, I'm only a Bills fan my brother. Everything else for me is Pittsburgh and Penn State. I look at the Sabres like I always do. Grit, hustle, and not enough talent to win when it starts counting for real. But, I do hope they win the series, and I'm pulling for them. I mean, who in the hell actually likes Philly? I'll actually be in Carolina this weekend for game 1 of that series. Gotta get my hockey fix somewhere and the Canes are the closest thing to hockey here in VA. It's actually a charged atmosphere for the Canes in the playoffs. Should be fun. Good Luck to all Sabres fans. What a better way to pass the football off-season.
  19. Eastern Conference 1 Ottawa vs 8 Tampa Bay Ottawa in 5 2 Carolina vs 7 Montreal Carolina in 6 3 New Jersey vs 6 NY Rangers NJ in 6 4 Buffalo vs 5 Philadelphia Philly in 7 Western Conference 1 Detroit vs 8 Edmonton Detroit in 5 2 Dallas vs 7 Colorado Dallas in 6 3 Calgary vs 6 Anaheim Calgary in 5 4 Nashville vs 5 San Jose SJ in 7
  20. NHL teams finished over .500 this season. Another team came within a game of achieving the feat. The new point system is pretty odd.
  21. LMAO Wow!!!
  22. LOL, what candyasses. Here's a newsflash.....if they take over America.....you may as well consider yourself gone. We are what is standing in the way of what they want to accomplish by changing everything in the world to radical Islam. It would be so nice if someone else would just stand up for themselves one fuggin time. But hey, it's easier to turn the other cheek. It's OK up there, we'll do it.....again. Pansies.
  23. LOL, Could you imagine taking over Canada? We could send about 5 cops each from Boston, Buffalo, Detroit and Seattle, and it would be ours!
