You have to be Jerry. Not even Jerry's parents would say something so idiotic as "he was the only guy left in local media that was any good". Jerry was a one trick pony, and nobody liked that trick anymore. Sal is incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable. Nobody in the buffalo sports market puts in more time and research than Sal.

I went to college in Oswego. It was right on the corner of Lake Ontario. Many years it led the state in snowfall from what I remember. Some of the storms were crazy. Of course we somehow managed to get to the closest store, buy a keg, and invite everyone to our apartment for a storm party. (since the weather was clearly too severe to make it to class)

Is it just me, or do other people just cringe and brace themselves for the upcoming ignorant rant when they see someone cite "free speech" or "being cancelled"?

I would think that failing to call out sexist, ignorant comments would be the weak-minded choice.

This might be a stupid question, but are there any high tech, low weight knee braces that wouldn't hinder movement much? I know most college O lineman wear knee braces to prevent injury, but you almost never see it in the NFL as a preventative measure. It seems like someone should be able to create something to protect the knees of a $250 mil investment. Would the fact that it makes even a very slight difference in performance dissuade everyone from using it?

His employer will decide if he gets fired. They can see the reaction to his asinine comments and decide if he is worth keeping. Based on his approval rating prior to this issue, I don't think he is an essential employee. This has absolutely zero to do with "free speech". why do people that use this as an excuse for ignorant, offensive rhetoric have such a hard time grasping the concept that there are still consequences for things that you say. Unless the government is going after Jerry, his free speech is still intact.

I’m pretty sure Spencer Brown was out of the game at that point. I would bet Spencer takes care of business if another cheap shot (or sexual assault) takes place on Saturday.

*10-3 with the #1 spot in the AFC *2nd most yards per game in the league. *4th highest scoring offense in the league this season. (2.5 points per game behind the leader) I would love to see the Bills score 40 points every game and never punt. I'll hold off on panicking for now though.

Maybe some Chalk Full o' Nuts coffee would give them the energy to ask the hard hitting questions? For all in tents and purposes the media sessions are uninformative.

What do you suggest they do? How would you avoid carrying the cap hit? If he is cut, I believe the cap hit goes from $18 mil to $40 mil.
