...because they (big market teams) are pushing us out (of Buffalo I assume)". - Ralph Wilson as quoted in a Buffalo News article. Sorry, no link included just yet. Don't expect the Bills to spend too much loot on free agents in the offseason. RW knows the Bills have up to $40 million in salary cap space available and I believe he is making comments like the one above so that he can brace himself from any public outlash when he doesn't spend what we expect him to spend this offseason. Sell the team Ralph. PLEASE!!!!

JP Losman & Jason Peters are both developing quite nicely. Let me start with some high praise for Jason Peters. I'm willing to go as far as say that Jason Peters should be a pro bowler THIS season. He is just incredible! The way he moves out in open space and absolutely destroys defenders reminds me of days past when Will Wolford was doing the same thing. He is a brick wall in pass protection as well. I really enjoy watching him play. JP Losman has made me proud. His game is at a all time high for him right now and it looks like he's just beginning to reach his full potential. JPL was under a lot of scrutiny and pressure and he's coming out with flying colors.

Remember this, you have to put yourself in position to be lucky in the first place, so it isn't really all about just plain and simple luck.

Hey! Shouldn't this thread be OT??? Just kidding. Good luck man. As far as watching Bills games are concerned. I got one word for you. Slingbox.

In no way can Dave Chappelle be compared to Michael Richards. DC's comedy is just that, comedy. Good natured and funny. He even picks on his own race. MR was spiteful in his tirade. Pure racism.

In their prime, who was better?
LevysEraII replied to My Friends Call Me Tebucky's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's quite simple really. MF had an awesome surrounding cast. Who does LT have? It's all LT. -

One thing that should make each one of us.......

That's funny. I could've sworn remembering that the Raiders whipped our Bills last year. -
JP Naysayers tell me his problems vs. GB
LevysEraII replied to AnthonyF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
JP's main problem is obviously the O-Line, especially CV and Pennington. That whole right side is going to get JP killed. BTW. JP's pass to LE was underthrown because JP got leveled on that play. -
Neil Patrick Harris plays the biggest womanizer on TV on the hit show "How I Met Your Mother". He's my favorite character and absolutely makes that show. His coming out won't change my thoughts about him. I'll still watch the program but I have to admit it will be a little different now.

IMO, I believe Eko finally forgave himself and that meant his time on the Island was no longer necessary. The same went for all of the others that have passed. Once they've dealt with their problems or seen the errors of their ways they were killed off.

Are we Bills Fans, Sabres Fans or Buffalo Fans?
LevysEraII replied to Mr. T's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
All of the above. -
What's so sad about that? That's something to rejoice over in my book. Tom Brady was a 6th round draft choice. Is that sad? It doesn't matter where you're drafted, or even if you were drafted at all, what matter's is if you're a player and that's exactly what Peters is. Some guys just play better for money, I guess.

What? No votes for Tedy Bruschi?? -
gandy out at LT, peters to LT, reyes benched ...
LevysEraII replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
First of all, Gandy will man the LG position. Not the RG position. CV will remain at RG. Secondly, McGinest doesn't even play for New England anymore. -
The Bills deserve this. The fans don't.
LevysEraII replied to LevysEraII's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I thought the "fans don't deserve this" statement was a flame retardant. I guess I was wrong. -

If you remember correctly, there were whispers that the decision to start RJ in the playoffs was RW's not Wade's. I'm not too sure if there's any truth to that rumor though. -

What they did that was so wrong was not letting the players know they will be released. thurman Thomas found out by watching ESPN. Is that the correct way to handle the release of 3 of the greatest Bills' ever? I think not. -
The Bills as an organization deserves eveything that is happening to them right now. Bill Polian built our Super Bowl team and was fired. Look at the way they handled the release of Bruce Smith, Andre Reed and Thurman Thomas. Look at how Flutie was benched when they sat him to give him a so called break after he took us all the way to the playoffs. Wade Phillips was fired for no good reason. You wanna talk about karma? There's your karma right there.

Here's a quick breakdown position by position of the Bills roster the way I see it QB: Losman. Has all the physical tools. Needs a better offensive line. The one area he is lacking, and it's a biggie, is in his head. He is way too high strung for the position. Even if he did have a great O-Line he still might not be able to overcome his inability to play well in the clutch. We need a replacement. RB: McGahee. The one guy on the team that would excel with another team and play even better than he does with the Bills. He would truly benefit from some real good lineman. He can be a 1600 yard back. WR: So far, Lee isn't an elite WR. He can be, with a better QB and Line. Everyone else is just role players. Parrish can be good. Buffalo needs a 6'4" WR that can dominate in the red zone. TE: Royal, when given an opportunity, has shown he can be a good all-around tight end. He's more of a blocker because of our poor O-line. OL: Biggest problem area. Peters is only real talent. Everyone else needs to go. This team needs to spend big on the O-Line this offseason. DL: Schobel and Tripplett are legit. Kelsay is getting better. This team really needs a mammoth DT. LB: Spikes is on the decline, Crowell is a player but he needs a better DL to keep the O-Line off of him. London is a warrior that seen his better days. This area needs retooling. DB: Clements, McGee, Whitner and Simpson can become a great unit. This area can be left alone as long as Clements is re-signed. K & P: We're all set as long as Buffalo re-signs Lindell. This team is 2 to 3 more years away from competing. Too many areas of need on this team. A QB, 2 to 3 offensive lineman, a WR, a DT and a couple of linebackers. That's a lot to ask for in one or two offseasons. I just hope the Bills make a real effort in the offseason to shore up the weak spots on this team.

I am laying on a healthy heap of sarcasm in my original post. Maybe my writing doesn't translate as well as it should. That might explain why the "content and quality" of my post is not to your liking.
