  1. Ever had a pulled hamstring? If you have you'd realize that is the real problem. Hammy's take time. Reports say he was real close this past sunday and they decided to be conservative and not have him tweak it again.
  2. I like the job he's doing as well, good insight and breakdown of plays
  3. Why is he coaching now?
  4. There was a van coming up behind me, but I felt it coming and got rid of the ball
  5. You see the problem I had with yesterdays performance has less to do with the results, but how we got there. First off, i'll address the touchdown. JP needs to have an idea of the situation around him. He needs to be able to feel the pocket breaking down around him and get rid of the football. We handed the Jets the game because Losman can't secure the ball or get it out on time. Now 325 yards looks good on paper, but only on paper. Losman continued to get bailed out by extraordinary second efforts on routine passes that most DIII quarterbacks could make. Now as for the wind playing a factor yesterday..I don't buy it at all. I was out there in the parking lot tailgating before the game and I had no trouble whatsoever throwing my Nerf Vortex Ball 45 yards on a line to my buddy....hell I even threaded the needle between two tents. JP simply isn't good enough, you take away that long TD to Parrish and his YPA drops to a pedestrian 5.7
  6. JSP is running away with this thing undeservedly......although slow and dangerous behind the wheel, there are many more candidates who spill more drool on their chest and enjoy the strawberry flavored windows of their Laidlaw chariot than JSP.
  7. Well then....YOU'RE BACK IN THE RUNNING!!
  8. It's time to realize that your crusade against all things non-Holcomb has become a campaign of lunacy. JP is growing, but you can't hit puberty without getting a couple zits along the way. Your arguments are growing pathetic, last week it was: Ya they won the game but he only had 88 yards. This week is Ya he had 330 yds but they lost. I'd say your sitting on the fence to play both sides but I really think you just like the sensation that the fence post gives...
  9. I think he may be right....on the TD he went through his reads, saw he had a guy open deep, started to throw, and got blasted 1.9 seconds after the snap, so technically he's not wrong
  10. You do adduce a lucid and compulsory retort
  11. Naw I just like playing with the thesaurus in ill advised attempts to appear smarter than I really am
  12. Come on now.....still a big game to get back to .500 Gotta win it to keep pace in the division. I'll let it slide that you're still getting over yesterday but i'll expect better out of you later in the week
  13. DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE VIKINGS DIEEEEEEEEEEEEE
  14. I'm not sure how possessing the abilities to breathe underwater, communicate with and mentally control all forms of sea life and swim at fast speeds will help us much against the Vikings. As to the message you bring: I believe your circuitous soliloquy focuses more on the locution and less on the promulgation. Your assessment of the situation at hand reeks of simplification of a rather multifarious posture. You contend that to simply digest a quandary is superior to the capacity to encroach on the bulwark. This is fools advice. Mr. Nall possesses neither the aptitude, nor the deference to lead these warriors into battle. The pedigree that was bestowed upon Mr. Losman is not gratuitous. What he is lacking in savoir-faire, he redeems in innate ability. You are too disquieted in your approach, equanimity would do you well.
  15. This idea works for me
  16. We do need Eric Moulds, I'll put the call into his agent and see if we can work something out. It might take a while to make it happen though, because if my calculations are correct, Houston is about 1,490 miles from Buffalo. Now if Eric makes that trip at intervals of just 7.1 yards a pop, that's over 369,000 stops along the way. No thanks, I'll keep what we have.
  17. Dibs is right, although it may have been the 4 1/2 or 5. Point is McGahee wasn't being stood up, they moved over 4 yards in that short yardage situation and McGahee wasn't being stood up behind the line. I'm positive they would have hammered that home from the 1 had they not tried to get cute.
  18. I care!!! I agree that our O-Line depth is awful. I'm not as down on PP as you are though, the contract may be a little big, but its not like we are up against the cap and he's not doing a bad job out there
  19. That's why he sucks too....er wait....actually Polamalu isn't that bad, he might, with a few more season under his belt become a quality starter
  20. JP said that on the blitz where McGahee whiffed and the Jets scored, he had 2 guys open deep for probably 6, so theres more salt in the wounds
  21. Ok so the defense was stout for most of the game....except at the end of the first half and when the Bills needed them most at the end.....lack of playmakers on D hurt the team today. For 80% of the game the D looked strong, but not when it mattered most.
  22. Ronde Barber has made a pro-bowl career out of the tampa 2. It allows the CB to play more aggressively and jump routes as he has safety help over the top most of the time.
  23. REDZONE REDZONE REDZONE.....arrrrrggghhh...3rd and goal at the 1, give it to Willis 2 more times if you have to
  24. Clements went to Ohio State, but thats besides the point. He plays soft for a big corner (6-0, 210). What I don't understand is the 8 - 10 yard cushion the receivers got when Pennington didn't throw a ball over 10 yards the whole day
