  1. Well we no long have Drew "I break into a cold sweat, wet myself and look for my binkie whenever a game of any importance comes along" Bledsoe
  2. Fletcher had strong competition with some popular names. Evans, while very good, has a hard time beating out: Marvin Harrison, Chad Johnson, Reggie Wayne, Lauverneous Coles etc. Clements turned it on recently but you have guys like Champ Bailey out there so that hurts his chances too. The Fletcher snub is the biggest shame, that guy is a warrior week in and week out.
  3. I guess there's only enough mojo for one team at a time in this town. As soon as the Bills get it together, the Sabres start looking like a disjointed crew.
  4. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/writ...7/week15/3.html Another story of a player taking his life for granted and ending up broke and in trouble with the law.
  5. my head hurts now but nice work!
  6. oh if only we could have used some of that cap space this season to work a long term deal with Nate. We could have given him some huge roster bonus this season with all the free cap space and had a reasonable deal for down the line. coulda...shoulda....woulda.....
  7. Twas the night before Christmas And all through the house Puhonix was crying in his new Harrington blouse once the tears stopped he was tucked in his bed with visons of Brees Still fresh in his head
  8. Ummm....I see everyone else has jumped on this, so I may as well pile on too. Peters is constantly manned up on the DE in protection. The only time you see royal slide over is when they are overloading the side for the run, or his pattern takes him out the left side. Peters IS a real LT. If you don't think so, ask Jason Taylor.
  9. It's Karma. Knock your wife around, lose your football ability. I love watching him suck.
  10. I'll be there with my Santa Suit
  11. I'd like the thank Clarence Central Schools for their role in ridding WNY of Mularkey as well. If it wasn't for the diligent and passionate work of your students, Mularkey may have felt compelled to stay around for another season. From all of us at TBD, we salute you.
  12. I was at that comeback game. 2nd half there were prob 55,000 there. By far the loudest I have ever heard the stadium.
  13. I hate the excuse that Taylor uses. Randy Moss wasn't the most feared receiver for 7 years because he could move the chains 10 at a time...it was the big play capability. LT is a threat because he can take it to the house every time he touches the ball. Big plays are coveted in the NFL because you score, and you demoralize a team at the same time. It's not like the big play beat you in a 24-21 game. Your friggen QB had a 0.0 rating. You got owned. Use some of that Neutrogena to wash away the tears and man up.
  14. He'll be running hard and hitting the hole. Of course that's what he always done. T Henry is a very good back. Never really got the respect he deserved overall.
  15. Caller: Hey guys, the game just ended and I just wanted to see if you could finally give Losman a little credit for how the Bills are turning things around. He is really starting to look good and I thi...(click) Schopp: Well that was going no where. Now where was I, oh yea, so Tater Tots, they are really the most underrated food in the frozen aisle. Bulldog: I've always been a big fish stick guy. They are like a Friday fish fry just waiting to happen Schopp: ok now lets go to Eric in Orchard Park Caller: Hey, I think that JP has really brought back the big play element in Bills football. He looks poised and calm in the poc.....(click) Schopp: ok can we get these calls screened today, I mean these idiots are coming out of the woodwork. The Bills, yea well I didn't actually watch the game today, there was an ALF marathon on channel 64 today. That about sums up their radio show
  16. Those were tough conditions for the offenses to operate today. Fairchild got bailed out with a couple big plays today. Mularkey did a good job at keeping the Bills defense off balance all day. They got shutout, but were only 5-6 plays away from putting up 30 points. Remember 6 years ago when he made Kordell Stewart good. Mularkey is a good coach. /Simon
  17. Dear Lord Baby Jesus, lying there in your...your little ghost manger, looking at your Baby Einstein developmental...videos, learning about shapes and colors...
  18. I thought Ralphs family said they didn't want the team? I could be wrong, but if they do want the team, why isn't Ralph following this model put in place?
  19. If Mularkey were here he'd be moaning that Willis only threw 12 passes against Indy
  20. Or just running at all...
  21. So too, apparently is unbridled cretinism
  22. Great actor....he will be missed by everyone who ever saw his work I'm sure
  23. Hmmmmm....... Ok now it can't be A simply based on the fact that the one they choose to be their liason would have a hard time defeating a common gray squirrel in a mic battle. B) I guess it's winner by default C) You could only come up with two choices?
  24. Mularkey, Wyche, and Donahoe walk into a bar. Mularkey approaches the bartender and asks for a menu. The bartender replies, sorry pal, the kitchen's closed. Mularkey ponders this for a minute, drawing on his experience of astute second half adjustments and replies, ok, well then I'll just have a cheeseburger. The Bartender looks perplexed, ignores him and moves on to Donahoe. What can I get for you he asks? Donahoe requests a bourbon and lime. What kind of Bourbon do you want, we've got Wild Turkey, Southern Comfo......"I'll just have the cheap stuff, it all tastes the same" replies Donahoe. The bartender pours the bourbon, and opens his container to find it contains one spoiled lime. "Hey pal, all i've got is this old, spoiled Lime, I think it's been sitting here a while". That'll do perfectly replies Donahoe as he grabs his drink and sits down. Now, what can I get for you the 'tender says as he diverts his attention to Wyche. Wyche looks over at Mularkey, then on to Donahoe and thinks for a minute. Wyche says, "ehh i'll just have a beer, you pick". "Now that's a drink I can handle, but what are you doing here with these two Bozos?" asks the barkeep. Wyche says, well I did that guy with the Menu a favor a while ago and now he won't leave me alone. As for that guy with the bourbon, I never really liked him, but he just lost his job so I figured he could use a drink." "Geez, that's too bad, what's the guy gunna do?" asks the bartender. He's either going to go into public relations or the recycling business, hasn't really decided yet.
  25. This humor is like a trainwreck...it's so wretchedly awful you can't help but look.
