You can and did post your free tickets. It just got moved to the trading post section because that's where all the ticket related things go. I don't think anyone is snatching up those tickets because although they are nice seats, its a weeknight and guys being cut the next day are going to be playing 3 quarters of football.
I was over in lot 1 which was unaffected, but took a walk to abbott. It looked like lot 2 was completely empty and everyone was forced into lot 3. It was really weird looking.
I'll give you that, i'm probably guilty of it sometimes too... but if you don't have hope, even just a little, then the season is over before it begins (unlike reality, when the season ends sometime around mid-October)
Nope, definitely no room for an extra punter. Moorman was never going anywhere... he has a body of work. Forrest was only using this preseason as an audition for other NFL teams who might be less satisfied with their kicking game.
Isn't this the same as, you are driving your car. There is a tree in front of you. Do you: A) Drive into the Tree or B) Drive Around the Tree?
If the play call for the opposing team was a dive, AND they did not have audibles in their playbook AND they had no timeouts AND they never played football before then your theory might work.
I'll give you the talent gap, but i'm not convinced about the psychological edge. Maybe if at all it would be for a guy like Kelsay who has been a part of it for so many years, but there is a lot of new blood on the team. These guys are also world class athletes. You don't get to the top by not having confidence or a bit of a swagger. I think the psychological aspect is more fan related than anything.
I bet at max there was about 50-55k there. Lower bowl was pretty full and the middle 5 sections of each upper deck was decent to start the game. By the middle of the 2nd quarter people had already started to leave.
