  1. Nice post, nice breakdown. Thank you.
  2. I think this says it all: http://media.kansascity.com/smedia/2011/09/11/22/34/CGt4H.St.81.jpg
  3. Those are the types of plays that usually take out our guys... it's about time the Bills start taking the fight to the other team.
  4. It's all going to be about what happened to the Chiefs... not the play of the Bills.
  5. Apparently an unlisted side effect of bbq sauce is mental deficiency.
  6. I thought Barnett had a nice game today, he looked quick in pass coverage and just had a nice game overall. I saw a couple pursuit plays to the sideline where I thought to myself, Poz never would have got there. Giddy up!
  7. I guess you missed the part where I said the Jags bought the remaining tickets so that the blackout was lifted. urge to be right > reading comprehension
  8. If the Bills want to promote game-day sobriety and curtail binge drinking in the parking lots, they should adopt these games.
  9. I would move Evans down to good and move Reuben Brown and Winfield up to great.
  10. I hope Poz enjoys playing inside that rabid home stadium.
  11. Don't camp in lots 2 or 3, you will be forced to set your tent up next to the person in front of you.
  12. Just heard it on a WGR sports update. It's another indictment of the fan support in Jacksonville. The report said that the Jags bought the tickets back at $0.34 on the dollar to lift the blackout.... i didn't even know that was possible.
  13. The reason McKelvin's intelligence is always brought up is that he plays like he speaks. If he produced on the field and couldn't put 3 words together it would be fine to most fans. However the fact that he gets burned, looks lost at times, and just plays like a bonehead on most snaps (and kick returns) and THEN you see him in an interview, you get the reaction most of us have.
  14. On the other end of the spectrum.... Leodis McKelvin. The dude needs subtitles.
  15. Agreed... Shredd & Ragan are a great example of what entertaining radio should be. They are great with interviews with Bills personnel when they have them and just great to listen to in general.
  16. My favorite part of Schopp and the yes man is when a listener will call in with a legit and well thought out call, asks those two to comment, and they just move on to another caller without ever acknowledging what was just said on their radio show.
  17. Could you imagine if the colts tanked and got Luck? Those fans would literally have a 30 year run of blue chip quarterbacking.
  18. Tenuous would be an understatement to describe their depth. It's never good when the backup scenario possibly means moving more than one player to cover a loss.
  19. I feel better having Jones in there than having Easley in there to start. Jones has a full year in the system and has played a little bit with live bullets. I'm sure there are sight adjusts and hot routes that were never installed in the preseason that these guys will have to diagnose pre-snap. With Easley only having 4 pre-season games under his belt for his career, having him start on the road would be a tall order. Jones is definitely the safer choice for now.
  20. I read this as semantics. NGU is saying that JW does not have "inside information" and is saying he isn't directly tapped into the pipeline. If that is to mean he does not know the conversations that go on between Ralph, Overdorf, Brandon, Nix & Gailey, I would say that is likely true. The Bills seem to go to great lengths to keep the workings at the top of the food chain top secret. Anything that comes directly from the upper levels seems to be rehearsed, and calculated. Now to say JW has no inside information is a bit self serving and has a bit of venom to it. I'm sure JW has a plethora of sources ranging from league personnel, team personnel, players, agents and others that he uses to generate and corroborate stories. I think the point is that NGU is saying that the highest level conversations are never revealed to the media. It's always seemed like the Bills brass has operated like the CIA with the types of information and mis-information that have been generated over the years.
  21. Could not have said it better myself. It's not that he didn't even get push, it's that he was PUSHED backwards a good deal of the time.
  22. Could you imagine how hard the town would fall in love with this kid if he turned out to be a draft worthy player and came to Buffalo?
  23. Also, for a guy not covering sports anymore, Graham still has his finger on the pulse quite a bit...
