Kamar Aiken caught everything thrown his way in camp and looked good during the preseason. He has that fluidity that Stevie Johnson has. I really hope they give this kid his shot because it looks like he can play.

Something needs to be tightened up. Two games where you intercept the opposing QB four times and each ends as a one-score game. You get 5 turnovers and the game should not be close.

It's not that AJ Green made those catches... it's how he made those catches. If he out-leaped or out-battled for the ball, that would be one thing. The problem is half the time McKelvin didn't even know the ball was coming or what the receiver was doing.

I just wonder how brain dead McKelvin must really be if he can't maintain focus with thousands of people watching him. I mean we all daydream a bit at our desks now and then, but if 70,000 people were watching me create a report, I wouldn't just start staring at the wall. His performance goes well beyond simple "football IQ", his actions out there are just inexplicable at times.

The SJ no catch ruling was horrific. The thing I am really wondering about is the holding in the trenches. Merriman seems to get arm barred quite a bit with no flag. I actually saw Dareus get pulled to the ground by his facemask on a running play that didn't get a call either. I just wonder what it takes to get a holding call these days.

The kid just looks lost on the field. I remember on one play Byrd yelling and waving at McKelvin because he was on the wrong side of the field before the snap. He undercut a pass nicely last week, but he really is horrific at making plays on the ball in the air. Just a bad football player.
