  1. I say yes. Holcomb has no chance. But I would have felt much better if Nall was the starter.
  2. Very nice. He's a must player for this team.
  3. Well I know now I won't take Larry if I get the 1st pick, because Roaf has called it quits. Alexander is now #1 in the draft.
  4. Patience grashopper.
  5. First, you have to check his college stats. They were, in fact, pretty good. Second, he has really no competion. Matt Brown was a back up strong safety for Washington for several years and his stats are, well, ok. Coy Wire's role on defense has seemed to deminish over the years after we signed Milloy. Even though he's slipped at strong safety he a crucial piece of our special teams. Rob Lee, forget him, he'll be 4th on the depth chart. Third, he's fast and a good tackler. Check out some clips of him in is college games and you'll see what I mean. Yeah sure, he needs to work on his strength, but he's tough and he can tackle well.
  6. http://www.billsdaily.com/news/index.shtml#072806 Crowell In; Posey Out: It appears that Angelo Crowell will remain in the team's starting lineup this year despite the return of Takeo Spikes. Crowell to reps with the first team at strongside linebacker in place of Jeff Posey. Dick Jauron said that is the plan right now but it is there in pencil and still subject to change. Spikes took back his natural spot on the weakside and practiced in individual drills. WGR reports the team wanted him to participate in the team drills but the rainy weather scrapped that plan. Mario Haggan took the first team drills on the weakside when Spikes was out He deserved it.
  7. Best thing to do is after your partner throws the egg to you wait a few seconds and watch the other players. Then throw the egg.
  8. I still like them. They are old school jerseys.
  9. I think they should pick our starting QB after the 2nd preseason game. More time to see how each Qb does in a real game.
  10. http://www.wgr550.com/bills/fullstory.php?id=1747 Marv Levy Joins The Howard Simon Show Dan Hager - Wednesday, July 26, 2006 - 12:56 PM With the Buffalo Bills checking into St. John Fisher College tomorrow and training camp beginning on Friday, Marv Levy joined the Howard Simon show on Wednesday to talk about some major issues facing the team. The team’s biggest questions revolve around the quarterback position, which as of now is an open battle between JP Losman, Kelly Holcomb and newcomer Craig Nall. Levy was quick to point out that the team has yet to determine who the QB will be but pointed out that the decision will be made early enough to help make the team successful. With a team full of new faces on both offense and defense, the former head coach turned general manager gives his perspectives on the coaching staff, the style of defense Dick Jauron has adopted and the team’s dedication to the run. http://www.billsdaily.com/news/index.shtml#072606 QB Decision Likely Early in Camp: Marv Levy was on the Howard Simon show on WGR-AM radio. He said that the Bills will likely make a decision on the starting quarterback early enough to make the team successful. He feels it will work itself out but it is an unanswered question at this time. He admits it is vital to get it answered This is getting interesting.
  11. Too bad I don't get that station.
  12. I really hope the Bills don't try and get him. 2 reasons. #1: We have enough WRs already, #2: He's like a minor TO.
  13. Aiken and Wire both are great on special teams.
