The Bills traded Kiko bc Rex didn't think he was a good fit for his system so why would they even consider bringing him back if were made available? If Bills are def switching to a 3-4 they will need bigger more physical LBs

The Bills were a decent running team under Gailey but regressed under Marrone and are now a good running team again, that is not a coincidence. The scheme last two years under Marrone lacked creativity running basically the same running play over and over that rarely produced anything.

There is no reason for any defense to be that complicated

Dareus got paid but he was the first one to state publicly that he wasn't happy with what he was being asked to do in this defense all the way back in training camp

Mario, Leo, Harvin, Carpenter and Kyle most likely will not be back Lawson, Urbik, Woods, Hogan, Robey, and Bradham could all be gone as well It will be another year of Rex being able to use the lack of talent excuse

This year hurt because after initially hating the Rex hire I was sucked into the BS hype of what he could do with the talent on this defense and what Roman could do with the playmakers on offense. I read so many excuses when he was hired that he wasn't given the talent he needed to succeed in NY the last couple years now we are hearing similar BS about how the players on this defense don't fit his scheme. At some point it isn't the players that are failing
