Head Coach and OC are this teams biggest problems. Some positions are not where they need to be talent wise obviously but this team is talented enough to be in the playoffs or at least competing strongly for one which simply isnt happening.

It's no coincidence the Bills are successful in the first quarter then seem to struggle rest of the game. Their opponents see everything the Bills are going to do in the first quarter and adjust to the whopping 5 plays in the gameplan. It's a lot easier to play defense when you know what the offense is going to do I've had enough of Marrone, Hackett and everyone else on the offensive staff. This team has completely reverted back to the Jauron years

I've seen enough of Orton and with basically no shot at playoffs now there is no reason to not start EJ rest of season. In saying that I highly doubt Marrone makes the change anytime soon

When was the last time you saw players packaged at all much less for a high draft pick? Based on your comments it sounds like you don't think Brown or McKelvin are coachable players so who would trade a high pick or starting OL for them?

based on those games Id prob take Pitt too but I already used them in mine. Im in a tough spot this weekend and leaning towards Cleveland at home vs Houston who is starting Mallet and may be without Foster although im sure he plays. I dont love this pick but its my best option. I dont like San Fran at Giants and I just cant take washington no matter how bad Tampa is. Chicago has to bounce back and should beat Minnesota but I dont think I can take them either.

I mentioned earlier my only two realistic options were SF and Cleveland but Im adding Washington to that list although I hate taking bad teams. I already used the obvious teams and I didnt bother listing the teams I wouldnt use like Chicago, Minnesota, and Oakland. I do still have Miami but obviously not taking them especially since they still have both games vs Jets left. My first instinct was Cleveland and I think thats who I will take but starting to think about Washington at home vs Tampa but as I mentioned, I hate taking bad teams. Pool is down to 60 and with what looks like a difficult week Im expecting that number to drop by more than a few.
