Cassel will not be cut, he is the vet QB this team has lacked in recent years who can mentor the young QBs on the roster or start if needed. They felt having a vet QB was so important last year that they had to beg and overpay Orton to come out of retirement so does anyone really think they go into this season with EJ, Tyrod, and Simms? Cassel is also in the last year of his contract so cutting him most likely wouldn't impact the extension for Dareus much since his cap hit most likely wouldn't increase this year.

The streaming services were not available to everyone last year and really were only available in select locations. I dont know how they will do it this year as it seems to change every year but as long as DTV has the rights I would not expect this to be available to everyone. I did the PS3 option for two years when it was available to everyone (kind of) but it was a mess with a lot of the problems mentioned above. I got the Sunday Ticket app subscription two years ago with Madden purchase which worked a lot better than the PS3 streaming as I watched on my iPad and mirrored to my TV through my Apple TV. I dont know why they dont just offer this as a service to everyone. I couldnt get the NFL or DTV to take my money last year due to the new limited availability to their streaming service which is a joke. It really amazes me how sports leagues and teams go out of their way to not get their product in front of as many fans as possible.

Has Yahoo ever streamed a live game of any kind? I know they havent streamed any live NFL games but not sure if they have any other games either way I think this is going to be an epic fail as there is no way they will get this right the first time so I am expecting this feed to be a mess the right way to do this would be to have them test it out on a few games maybe even in the preseason before being the only stream for a game that a lot of people will be watching since it will be the only game available

Most ppl don't ask for deals bc they made a choice to order a service and they honor that choice by paying for it. I think it's ridiculous to always expect to get something for free which causes the paying customers to pay more but that's just my opinion. Be happy you even hv the choice to order it as I can't even get DTV or the NFL to take my money. DTV is no longer an option for me due to trees that are not mine and DTV only offers their streaming service to select few. There is no reason why DTV and the NFL can't offer streaming of the ST to everyone.

Why? The Bills are going to have a tough time of who to cut at receiver as it is so why should they sign a guy who has now been cut by 3 different teams?

I couldn't care less about what McCoy says, some guys like to talk...who cares as long as he can perform on the field. The sour on Buffalo stuff was obviously overblown and is a non issue since he reported and signed an extension relatively quickly. Dont know why ppl keep talking about this.

Mathis wants to get paid and has had problems with his Achilles, no thanks Correction: It was an MCL or ACL sprain not Achilles. I knew he was injured last year and read about Mathis recovering from Achilles but that was another Mathis I'd still pass on Evan Mathis as he wanted a raise from the 3.5 mil he was scheduled to make so figure 4.5 at least maybe more.

If they thought having Hughes and Mario was bad use of the cap then why did they just resign Hughes to an extension? Mario's contract will at some point be restructured with a few more years added to it.

Dareus is the most important player on a very good defense and will be extended. I will never understand why people worry about salary cap space though. It's not a hard number and can easily be changed so why worry about it? If a QB or any other player wanted to join the Bills and the Bills wanted to sign him a deal would be worked out no matter what the Bills cap situation is. The Saints are over the cap every year but still sign free agents. I think this is McKelvins last year with the Bills regardless. Chris Williams will most likely not be on the team this year and Harvin could always be restructured to lower his number if he has a good year and both sides want to work out an extension. The cap is also expected to really jump over the next few years as well but Whaley has already said the Bills will not be active in free agency next year.

I actually like Cassel probably more then most but what he did in 2008 and 2010 is irrelevant in 2015 My hope is that Cassel can accurately hit receivers down the field and in stride which is something neither EJ or Orton could do last year. If Roman can get the same out of Cassel he did out of Alex Smith the offense will have a chance to be really good. I am really looking forward to seeing this offense.

i believe Vic Carucci made a similar comment last week and Joe just ran with it EJ will not be cut, his contract has two years left and is guaranteed who would they replace him with? would they really keep Tuel over EJ? I highly doubt it
