    In the short term the guy has a point... Kelsay, Fitz, Williams, and now Pears. Meanwhile Fred and Stevie are on the back burner. When you look at the ratio of African American players vs white players, seems a little odd.

    Completely disagree. I think Gailey tailors his offense to the players strengths. Tebow in Buffalo would have been interesting. Thank Josh McDaniels for being an !@#$, and drafting him waaaaaaaaaaay to early.

    When Lindell went down, the Bills still had a shot at the playoffs. I'd would have must rather had a rusty Lindell on wildcard weekend instead of a healthy rayner.
