  1. Not sure if it would be a shock but i really think Minnesota is going to trade up...whether it be with us or someone else to grab either Young (i think the chances of him fallin' that far are slim) or Cutler..The Raiders might be in that mix also... I'd be shocked if the Bills select at the 8 spot in general...you gotta think they are looking for quantity.
  2. I was totally against this pick not so long ago...but now i think it may not be a bad choice at all. KE is a huge question mark right now and the Bills are at least 1 probably 2 years from fielding a highly competitive team.I think he is mch more talented than Watson ever was.If he is there at 8..it would be damn tempting. We have a good shot at picking higher than 8 next year and a whole 'nother offseason to shore up the lines. The kid just screams talent and if he is the best player on the board when the Bills pick comes..i say snag 'em.
  3. I think it's more the fact that he is not a self motivator and takes a lot of plays off (at least that seems to be the consensus on the guy...i didnt see enough UT games to judge myself.)Seems to be the case with Watson from Michigan also...i know you roll the dice pretty much with any player but a lazy space eater is for sure something we don't need.
  4. I could never root for the Bills again if they relocated...and i agree with the earlier posters who said Pro football would be pretty much dead for them. That would do it..interest wise for me.I really don't think it is going to happen though.
  5. I don't mind the signing at all.Like was said before,he comes at a cheapo rate and has the possibility to contribute.Lets face it...none of the recievers in ATL were putting up gaudy numbers.
  6. Hell...the first pick on Day 2(if thats what it ends up) for a guy that wasn't going to play here next year anyway is great.Hats off to Marv and Co. for not folding and letting him go early...it paid off.
  7. Takeo for sure...i hope he comes back ok.Lee Evans and Terrence McGee would be the runners up.Truth be told there is not a whole lot to get your arms around right now..
  8. I think it was Erik Kramer...
  9. I went with Nall.It just seems that the powers that be have little or no faith in Losmans ability.A three way go at the starting job seems to be hard to do.That spreads the snaps pretty thin..
  10. You can't expect everything in one day. There are still quality players out there,i'm sure more will be filing into 1 Bills Drive..come Monday.
  11. Pass, pass and pass.No way in hell should we spend another 1st round pick on a qb this year,no matter who it is.I'd love for them to be able to trade down a bit and pick up another 2nd rounder...which could easily happen if either of the big two starts to drop.I think Cutler will be there after the Bills pick..
  12. Bentley for sure.He is still young and could anchor the line for years to come.
  13. I have a strong gut feeling (or it might be the double order of suicidal wings) that Marv and co. will be trading down this time around.Even if Ngata would be there...its too high to draft a DT.Look what the Jets did to get Robertson..while he is a nice player not a game changer.Having a couple 2nd and 3rd rounders would help both lines greatly.
  14. That is a good point.Wonder if Marv has seen the Wonderlic scores for Parrish and Everett..He would probably keel over on the spot
  15. If D'brick fell to number 8 i would scoop him up in heartbeat...other than him, there isnt another OL worth a first round pick.Maybe the tackle from SoCal but that would be late 1st.
  16. Funny but true.. I was intersested in Rodrique Wright but i have been hearing he doesnt bring his A game all of the time.We don't need another bust from Texas.I would not mind if the Bills traded down and picked up Orien Harris late in the 1st round...though not a monster (size wise) he is a quality footbal player.
