  1. I think he's better than Thompson. Not as mobile, but a better QB.
  2. Yeah, Miami definitely needs it.
  3. I can't believe someone hasn't handed Tremaine $100M yet.
  4. Agreed. Definitely an interesting gamble. Orlando Brown had at least played LT, and played it well, for Baltimore prior to the trade. Taylor has been Jax's RT the whole time I believe.
  5. He was a RT in Jax. It seems like a lot of $$$ to hand a RT.
  6. They give this to Taylor, but wouldn't keep Brown? Kind of odd.
  7. Well, I guess this means the Bills are out on paying Saffold "what he's worth"
  8. I'm glad we are active in trying to fix the OL, but is this guy better than what we've seen the last couple of years? I really don't know much about him.
  9. I mean it's not bad considering what the QB market is, but dang.
  10. That's more $$$ than Jones got from NE. Kind of surprising.
  11. Wow. I knew he would cash in, but this is a big contract for a solid/good (not great) RT.
  12. I just want to send a big shout out to @MAJBobbyfor coming through in the clutch with the Twitter updates in the absence of Yolo.
  13. I'd offer #27, McKenzie, and 32lbs of minced BBQ......provided by McKenzie.
  14. Agree to disagree. He's not worth that either. I wouldn't do it and I wouldn't pay him the money he's obviously looking for on top of it either. That's a nope.
  15. And who says Zay Flowers makes it to us? Jeudy missed two games last year and 7 the year before. He played a full slate in 2020 and wasn't injury prone at Alabama.
  16. Is Stidham taking this deal because it's the most $$$ or because he believes he has a better opportunity to play? 👀
  17. Because he's a RB. You don't trade a 1st for a RB, and you sure as heck shouldn't combine your first with anything else. Cook can catch the ball out of the backfield as well, he's younger, and we just drafted him last year. It's not like Ekeler puts us over the top.
  18. I would sling #27 for him. The kid can play, he's only 23, and we don't have to worry about the contract for another couple of years. I'd take him over anyone we would have the opportunity to draft in the 1st at our position.
  19. Yeah, that's just me thinking out loud. I would hope not, but stranger things have happened.
  20. ASB can play outside. JSN could line up some outside as well. I have no doubt that Ben Johnson could scheme for them effectively. You can almost bet the #1 CB will be on Williams anyway.
  21. It's possible, but I've seen Downs ranked in some people's top 30. Taking him at #27 isn't that far of a stretch. I could see Campbell if McD is heavily involved in making the call and we don't sign a guy in FA. But if we don't take a WR in the 1st two Rounds, there likely isn't a guy who would help our team after that (depending on where Tillman and Hutchinson go). We also don't want to neglect the OL until Round 5 or 6 either. I couldn't really think of anyone teams would be wanting to trade up for either. Maybe Van Ness, but he reminds me a lot of our tweener type DE's. It takes two to trade and you don't want to let yourself get robbed just for the sake of moving back.
  22. Jack Campbell / LB / Iowa Mazi Smith / DT / Michigan Antonio Johnson / S / Texas A&M Jahmyr Gibbs / RB / Alabama Steve Avila / G / TCU Lukas Van Ness / DE / Iowa Isaiah Foskey / DE / Notre Dame Trenton Simpson / LB / Clemson
