And all of the bold/underlined QB's are in the HOF. This is what I was talking about with the clown world photo "building the worst QB" bull crap. Many people are stupid and have trouble developing a rational thought of their own, so they repeat whatever clown on social media or some "sports" network says. The bobbleheads in sports media they listen to still hold that ax to the grindstone every chance they get. Completely clueless insights from most of them with constant regurgitation of the same ole feces based off of a single play or taking a quick glance at a stat line. It's cool though. Hopefully Josh gets to hoist a Lombardi one day (which I still believe happens) and then does this during the press conference.

In 2021 we had a healthy Milano, a younger Poyer, a younger Hyde, and Star flippin Lotulelei on defense. What did you think was going to happen? Seriously though, Josh also had his #1 homey Brian Daboll as his OC. They were clicking back then and this situation is completely different.

Jets Officially Open Rodgers 21 Day Window. Back to Practice.
H2o replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
You know what this reminds me of? TO and his broken ankle while in Philly. He kept telling everyone he would be back for the SB and he made it back for the SB. When Philly lost, it was all "I told you I would be back. Did you see my performance tonight?," and nothing about his team losing the game. I feel like Rodgers' ego is on the same level, if not worse. -
If we win out...what is impact on coaching decisions?
H2o replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
If this team finds a way to make the Playoffs, then we're stuck with McD. Pegs won't fire him. If we don't, and the performances are consistent with what we've already seen, then my money is on Sean being sent packing. No matter what happens, I believe Beane is safe. I like Brady thus far, and believe he will return as OC if McDermott makes it another year. I also believe McDermott gives the reigns to someone else with the defense next year if he is still here. You know what would be a real kick in the gut though? If McDermott gets fired, then Pegs turns around and hires Leslie Frazier as HC. -
I think both Peppers and Gates definitely get in. The others with the best shot to get in this year, imo, are: Jared Allen James Harrison Torry Holt Rodney Harrison I liked London fletcher, but I don't think he is widely viewed as a HOF LB by enough to get in. It could be a slim year where they only take in 4 this year. We shall see.

Kneel Down Game: Final Nail in McD’s Coach Coffin
H2o replied to Thrivefourfive's topic in The Stadium Wall
You have 20 seconds, Josh Allen, and 1 timeout. You need to get 35-40 yards for a decent shot. Do you think Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes kneel down? Do you think Nick Siriani and Jalen Hurts kneel down? Do you think Zac Taylor and Joe Burrow kneel down? Do you think John Harbaugh and Lamar Jackson kneel down? Do you think Doug Pederson and Trevor Lawrence kneel down? It was completely gutless, cowardly. And to me, it says he doesn't believe in Allen and the offense to make something happen. Is that really the message you want to continually send to your team when you have a generational talent at QB? I think not. His coordinated defense has given up 3 leads in the last two minutes of games. He is calling the plays that are responsible for at least 3 losses when Josh Allen and the offense had given us a lead. If we don't make the Playoffs, then Sean should be sent packing. Will it happen? Idk. Something's gotta give though. We have seen this for the better part of 3 years now at some point or another. Some coaches just can't get it done, and I am truly starting to believe McDermott is one of those who can't.- 136 replies

Which WR prospect will the Bengals screw us out of?
H2o replied to DrDawkinstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bro has got legs like tree trunks, but runs like a gazelle. He also brings to mind another WR from South Carolina, but Leggette is bigger. That's Deebo Samuel. -

I've already stated this in another thread, but give me Xavier Leggette from South Carolina. He's the next AJ Brown. He is 6'3", 227lbs, and will probably run in the high 4.3's come February. He's been productive with Spencer Rattler as his QB and basically NO ONE else on his team out there making plays. He also has ability as a kick/punt returner if we need him to do so. He has 71 catches for 1,255 yds and 7 TD's. The next closest guy on his team is a TE who has 37 catches for 312 yards. The next closest WR has 26 catches for 265 yds. He is his team's only legit weapon at WR. -
There were so many egregious calls that went against us on Sunday it was pathetic. Bull crap flags that always negated big plays or first downs. then flags that kept their drives moving. Or the random offset to throw a flag on them, but not really penalize them by saying we were at fault too. Then the multiple PI's/Defensive Holding calls passed over that should have gone against Philly. Multiple holds by their OL. The AJ Brown potential fumble that wasn't even reviewed. The unnecessary roughness that should have been called for the hit on Diggs. The one where he get blasted in back after a TD. Blatant favoritism like we saw on Sunday is so absolutely sickening and truly does lend credence to the whole "NFL is rigged" crowd. I can't see how no one can be held accountable for it. If I was a coach or a player, give me that fine because I am putting all of them on blast at the end of the game in that press conference.

There's been talk of Washington making a play for Belichick, possibly trading draft picks to get him from NE. It does sound like something Harris would do, or at least attempt.

I'd say Bienemy has to be in the mix more so this go around for HC positions. Away from Andy Reid, he has turned the average at best Washington offense into a top 10 unit. He has Sam Howell leading the NFL in passing yards currently. Sam Howell. Not Patrick Mahomes, not some other upper echelon QB, but Sam....Howell. If they had an OL, they might actually be making some noise right now. I think Bienemy has proven that he knows what he's doing and it wasn't all Andy, or at least that he definitely learned from Andy. I think he could do some great things with Allen as his QB and with the offense, but I don't know what kind of staff he would put together or what it might look like. I'm not saying this is the way I would definitely want us to go. But if we were to go with an offensive minded HC, it wouldn't have me up in arms if we did.
