  1. Regardless of what you think of him as an individual, that was one of the nastiest dislocations I have seen. At 31 years old, with multiple torn ligaments, and the fact he likely won't see the field in 2026 either, I'd guess his career is likely over. That would put him trying to return in 2027 at age 33. For a speed WR, I really think this will sap anything he had left and make him average at best.
  2. There have been rumblings about Brown before in Philly, but this may gain some traction this time. Apparently he's not too happy with the direction of the offense at this time and has posted some cryptic tweet/tweets about it. The Eagles could trade him now without too much concern cap-wise. He's 28 and probably has 3 good years in him at least. What say you TBD? First, do you think he would put us over the top if he does become available? And then, what would you be willing to part with for him?
  3. Is this like sending Frankie Coffee Cake to the bathroom when Colagero was about to roll the dice?
  4. The MVP race is wide open right now. If the Chiefs have flipped that switch, then Mahomes' numbers should continue to skyrocket. He could climb to the top fairly quick. They also get Rice back in 3 weeks. Josh will of course be in the convo. No, he's still as meh and overpaid as ever. He has a 58.3% completion percentage right now.
  5. 1-0 this week. That's all that matters. I'll be glad when we get Oliver, Milano, and Spencer Brown back. I believe they were all sorely missed this week. I am also awaiting PEDynamic duo to make their debuts. Hopefully, they add some juice to this front and also understand disciplined football.
  6. Up: Bishop - Getting better Kincaid - Getting better all the way around Cook - Continues to impress this year Down: Groot - What the heck, man? It makes you wonder who will be riding the pine when steroid boy returns. Dorian Williams - Out of position on multiple occasions and getting shook by Rattler. 3rd Down Defense - At some point, Babich has to be held accountable as well. But the guys on the field are not doing him any favors.
  7. Yeah, I wouldn't really call that high end college production. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't really standout in any way. https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/xavier-worthy-1.html
  8. Yeah, sorry. I got confused there for a second. Thanks GB
  9. 1st quarter Josh was unstoppable. The Saints figured it out and started changing things up. The simulated and real pressures Brandon Staley dialed reminded me of what Spags does to us. I think there are many of us who have taken Spencer Brown and his development for granted. You could CLEARLY see he was missed yesterday. I hope he's not out for an extended period of time. Our defense continues to get gouged, guys are out of position on many plays, and the pass rush is nonexistent. We can't continue to survive like this. In the end, a win is a win. Still, it was most unimpressive and we easily could have taken the L.
  10. The SB Halftime Show, once a decent 15 minute piece of entertainment, has finally reached the bottom of the barrel. A dude who calls himself "Bad Bunny" Can't say I've heard the first song. But from looking at him, I'd guess he attended the Diddy parties.
  11. This game is over. The Ravens will never get the stops on defense to get back in it
  12. I counted 3 holds by the Chiefs OL on that play
  13. Mahomes missed him. He had 2 steps
  14. 4th down and Lamar chucks it out of bounds?
  15. The Ravens don't have that fire in them. It consistently shows against the better teams. I expect the Chiefs to stretch this out to a two or three score lead in the 2nd half, then keep it that way.
  16. The Ravens look like they don't want to win.
  17. Mahomes has turned into the most whiney little turd in the NFL
  18. We won't be 17-0. We will lose 2-4 games during the regular season. The main thing is to secure the #1 seed this year and not have to play in the WC round. Make everyone have to come through Buffalo and get that bye week.
  19. There was always going to be some kind of adjustment. Handing the ball to teams at the 35 yard line makes that happen. I hope Prater/Bass/whoever start working on this here.
  20. The only bets House makes are in his mind. His wallet has been MIA for about 7 years now.
  21. The Saints OL is not the Ravens OL. I'd expect us to keep them between 100 to 120 yds on the ground. Spencer Rattler is actually a baller. He's smallish and athletic enough, so I hope our DE's keep containment like they should. Also, Olave and Shaheed have good speed on the outside. I don't think they will be able to stop our offense at any point though. I still think we win 37-17.
  22. Tua cannot operate outside of the timing based system he is in now. He's not really mobile. His arm strength is meh. He's not going to create on his own. It was a massive overpay by Miami.
  23. Seems like a quality young man. Hope he continues to progress as the season goes along. Here's also to hoping he knocks the snot out of Chris Jones, Nick Bolton, Drue Tranquill, Leo Chenal, and George Karlaftis. Especially Tranquill for that cheap shot right hand he hit Allen with last year.
  24. For him to be 2 months in, and still wearing a knee brace like that, it doesn't make me feel too confident that he's close to returning from this. It actually makes me think it's more of a tear than just a sprain and they want to see if it will heal on it's own without surgery. I'm not confident he will play at all this year.
  25. I would rather KC lose. I wish them, and their fans, every misery as it pertains to football possible. I hope they go 8-9 so their draft pick sucks, miss the Playoffs, Kelce retires at halftime week 17, Harbaugh draws on Andy's face with a Sharpie, and someone puts the slippery rubber mats out for Mahomes.
