I have no room to talk about anyone's hair
-
I was looking for a post like this before I made one of my own
-
Yes, if he fails in Washington as a stand alone coordinator then the sports media will make excuses as to why. It's what they do. Not sure about the coordinator hiring situation you mentioned because I have never kept track. If I were Arizona, and had my choice, I would have hired one of the two Cincy coordinators. That's on them. I wouldn't have made that hire.

I'm already expecting Edmunds to be gone at this point. I think Beane and Co. came up with a number they were comfortable with and Edmunds is searching for more elsewhere. He'll be donning a different jersey next season and we'll have someone new manning the middle in this defense.

If we're going OL in the first, then this guy ought to be the pick. 3 years against SEC competition, 2,200+ snaps, he allowed 0 (ZERO) sacks and only 14 hurries. In 3 YEARS against SEC competition.

A REPORTER THINKS Packers are "done with Rodgers"
H2o replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
Aaron Rodgers has been gradually becoming insufferable for about the last 4 or 5 years. Now his ego is larger than his football resume and he's also gone full-blown weirdo. It wouldn't surprise me if they found him chasing tumbleweeds down Highway 118 in Texas, naked, while tripping on peyote. -
Von Miller's injury, and pass rush needs this offseason
H2o replied to Yantha's topic in The Stadium Wall
Can't do it. There will be no "replacement" for him. They'll just hold out in the hopes he returns healthy, probably re-sign Lawson, and ride it out. -
I think some of Allen's happen when he's trying to sell a late hit or something, almost like flopping intentionally. I have noticed it as well and it's dangerous none the less.
-
I mean, common sense and basic defense mechanisms ingrained into our nature should tell you to protect your head from banging full force against the ground. But hey, haya young man.
-
There were things being spread about him putting his hands into what Daboll was trying to do as well, that having caused a rift between the two. It wouldn't surprise me if he was meddling again.
-
I understand the skepticism, but I think we'll have a better idea once we see how they navigate the Salary Cap and what is first done in FA. Hoping they draft the highest ranked players that are actually needs for the team in 2023. The last few it's been the random jags while claiming they were the "highest on our board" mess.

One of two things will happen. One, Bienemy shows it wasn't all Reid and coaches his way to a HC position within 2 years. Or two, he fails while showing everyone why he doesn't deserve to be a HC. But, the sports media will still make excuses for him.

QB Carr to visit the Jets (Update: signed with the Saints)
H2o replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
If Joe Flacco, Trent Dilfer, Brad Johnson, and Jeff Hostetler can win SB's, then Carr could as well in the right situation. The Jets have a really good team, they're just missing solid QB play. The defense is nasty (like the Ravens and the Bucs were) and the offense is not short on weapons. Add Carr, fix the OL, and when Breece Hall gets back they make some noise in the AFC. I don't know if I would call them SB contenders, but get in the Playoffs and anything can happen. -
He's got hops, but not standing leap over Kevin Hart hops. This is fake.

I don't think I trade for Evans. It's pretty much a 1 year rental, he's expensive, and he's been known to drop some easy passes in big moments as well. Not big on trading picks for a 1 year rental, especially if I don't feel he puts us over the top. As far as his age goes? He's 100 days older than Stef. The age isn't as big of a factor as everyone is making it out to be. For my $$$ though, I'll say it again, give me Jakobi Meyers.
-
We got Oliver on his 5th year option
-
Here comes the plethora of ST's signings.
-
My preferences are Jack Campbell or Dorian Williams. He reminds me of Nick Bolton. This is from last year.
-
In other words, Edmunds is going for the biggest contract he can get. Fine by me. He's a good player, but not worth elite $$$. ✌️✌️
-
I'm hoping we don't use the tag on anyone. Our cap situation isn't built for that this year.
-
Yeah, unless we work something out prior to, or us the Franchise Tag on Edmunds. Hope we don't, but we shall see. That could be possible, but I think Singletary for sure will be allowed to test FA.

Hodgins or Gabe? Who will have the better career? (Poll)
H2o replied to K D's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's really tough with me right on the border of favoring Gabe and the "push" option. Gabe has had the better start to his career and he's gotten way more snaps. Hodgins was arguably the Giants' #1 WR the last quarter of the season. He posted a 78% catch rate including the Playoffs and this with Daniel Jones as his QB. He was never going to get that kind of burn here because of the way our depth chart was set prior to all of the injuries. Gabe had a very low catch percentage and had numerous untimely drops. Then he has games where he blows up. Davis seems to work hard so I hope he's closer to the good version of Gabe than he is the bad version. I still don't think he should be our #2, but he's shown more to this point than has Hodgins. I selected Gabe in the end.
