  5. Latu the first DE off of the board? Interesting
  6. I like Nix more than most. I think he will shock some people with Payton guiding him along the way.
  7. Give a QB $100M gtd, then draft a QB @ #8. Oh yeah, totally the right move
  8. Love that the Jets passed on Bowers. Thanks Joe
  9. The Penix pick by Atlanta still has me baffled two picks later.
  10. Heck, throw in both of next year's 2nd's and a 3rd to get #4
  11. It's all in the WR thread discussions. We, on here, have talked about him quite a bit. Some people are scared by the one year of big production. Some say he is stiff in his routes. I say he looks like a faster AJ Brown clone to me.
  12. They can not show up to anything and hold out for an extended period. Higgins can sit out until week 11 (I believe) and still get his year accrued towards FA. Hendrickson can sit out all of TC. If they fine him for, it will only tick him off more. Then you have Chase coming up on his contract as well. Great times at WKRP
  13. And he's done come a long way like them slim-a** cigarettes From Virginia, this ain't gon' stop, so he just gon' continue Google is your friend
  14. Couldn't happen to a better craphole franchise. Hopefully Burrow's career is wasted and they return to Bungle status.
  15. The defense got lucky one time, on the Hardman fumble which was at the goal line. If they score there, it would have iced the game. It was a mistske by Hardman and the ball actuallybounced in our favor for once. We forced a single punt. We couldn't stop them on their last possession as they simply ran out the clock. The defense sucked that game and generally couldn't stop a nose bleed. The only reason it was close is because we had a 14 minute edge in time of possession. Everything we did was methodical. Diggs whiffs on a bomb, defender pushes Dawkins into Josh's legs, and Bass misses a kick. Story of the Bills. But the defense didn't save us by any means.
  16. Yeah, disagree. We don't need his type of selfish, me-first attitude. There is also video of him putting his hands on a female. He's not going to end up here. And wears dresses
  17. Maybe I missed something, but how does Washington get #12?
  18. Just saw this on PFT. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/penei-sewell-agrees-to-four-year-extension-with-lions And @GunnerBill is still shaking his head at the Bengals to this day
  19. With the 23rd pick, in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings select........ Bo Nix, Quarterback, Oregon. We like the value here after having picked up Byron Murphy II @ #11. Bo Nix has played a TON of college football, and has grown exponentially since arriving in Eugene. We also like having that 5th year option. He has 61 starts under his belt and 43 wins, with 22 of those wins coming over the last two seasons. In college he's thrown for 15,352 yards, 113 TD's, and 26 INT's. He's accounted for the 4th most TD's in NCAA history at 152. He got better every year in completion % and YPA. The last two seasons in Oregon have been outstanding. This past season where he was a Heisman finalist, he had 45 TD passes to 3, THREE, interceptions. This was to go along with a 77.2% completion rate. He has a strong arm, can make every throw on a football field, is smart, can look off the defense, knows when to take his check downs, goes through progressions, can buy himself time in the pocket, make off platform or on the run throws, is accurate to all levels of the field giving his guys the opportunity to get YAC, and is a threat to take off and run. The Lance Zierlien comp to Tony Romo is fairly accurate when you watch the two of them play, minus the mistakes with the football. Nix has matured as a QB and doesn't make those mistakes like he did at Auburn. I also see a bit of young Derek Carr in him. Both of the two, Romo and Carr, not bad QB's by any means. If you put him in an offense with Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, and TJ Hockenson? Yep, we think he will start from day one and surprise many while running our offense. @Might Rather and the Dallas Cowboys are on the clock.
