  1. Next up? Cincinnati. Let's try and get a W in week 3. If we get that W we can ponder the about the Pats matchup in week 4. The Pats look to be a COMPLETE team this year though, which is kind of scary.
  2. Baltimore looks to be the head of the AFC North right now. Pittsburgh wasn't realistically a threat for a Wild Card spot imo. Sucks for Ben, but I don't see this helping us much. It still may be the end of an era in Pittsburgh though if Ben needs TJ surgery. Brees is on the downside of a story book career. If he is forced to miss significant time then the Saints are toast. Not sure why they played Bridgewater yesterday instead of Hill, but I'm not Sean Payton. The talk of Josh for MVP is a bit premature and isn't on the docket right now. Just win games baby, just win games.
  3. Nope....nope....definitely not. You want to give up a 2nd for Gordon then have to pay him? Yeah, that would be stupid.
  4. He's obviously a bust. I mean, dang, how can the all of you not realize this after 4 preseason games and 2 regular season ones?
  5. People bashing Wentz forget that he was the front-runner for MVP a couple of years ago before tearing his ACL and MCL on a dive into the endzone. He's a pretty good QB, but has had some injury issues. That being said, I don't know if you can really compare the two by their playing style. Josh is clearly the better athlete and runner. I think Josh has better escape ability in the pocket as well. Like someone, I think Bandit, said yesterday, Josh makes throws that only about 3 other QB's in the NFL can make. I don't know if there are that many. Those two throws on the run yesterday, absolute dimes. The only other QB's I think who can make those two throws are Rodgers and Mahomes. Josh is like a combo of Cam and Big Ben physically, but seems to have a will to win ala Brady. He's a competitor out there and brings up the whole energy level of this team on both sides of the ball. I have never heard anyone say that about Wentz. As a matter of fact I remember hearing chatter last year about how some in the locker room wanted Foles as the permanent starter in Philly. Either way, we have a QB on the rise and a team on the right track. After 20 years of futility idc who you compare him to, I just hope he 1) stays healthy and 2) keeps winning.
  6. Wentz looked to be reaching for that knee when he got up. Let's see how he's moving
  7. Good. They should have flagged Carter on that play. I, for one, am glad we don't have a team full of p*****s this year.
  8. The Saints are getting a look at what life is like without Brees. Bridgewater is not the answer.
  9. Fitz is the least of their problems, but good for him. Let Rosen take that pounding behind a sh*t OL.
  10. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if they clean house in Jax after another disappointing season
  11. 2-0 ladies and gents. 2-0. The Nancy's are still going to be Nancy's, but we are looking solid.
  12. Rough start for the defense. Not sure why everyone was collapsing inside. Gap integrity is going to be paramount today. Hopefully we get it figured out.
  13. MC Beas givin Allen some dap on the sideline
  14. Let's go Buffalo!!! Just win baby!!!
  15. Washington is on Fox and the Bills are on CBS. They will air simultaneously. It's a very small portion of VA that gets the Bills/Giants this week. I'm about 20 Miles south of Richmond so I am fortunate. If Baltimore or Pittsburgh has an early game then that's what we're usually forced to watch. Today they both play late. Happy day.
  16. Justice!!! I get to actually watch the game on live TV tomorrow versus streaming.
  17. Day jobs, don't quit your day jobs. ?
  18. In on Ngakoue and Evan Ingram. I also might take a shot on Taco Charlton if the price was right. Everyone else is a nope.
  19. He's gotten more and more strange over the last couple of years. Seems to be more worried about his fashion than football as well.
  20. It says it will be available "on demand" until Wednesday also. Hopefully that means I can watch it Monday evening or something on Comcast. Screw paying for ESPN+.
  21. I don't think he's done, but I don't think he's just playing football anymore. It almost seems like he's thinking too much. He's the type that you have to just turn loose and let him do what he does. The older he gets and the more the injuries pile up, the more it takes it's toll.
  22. Saw it earlier on TV today. I bet their radio show is hilarious too. ?
  23. Fitzpatrick is a solid player right now and has the potential to be really good in this league. They are misusing him at this point. I hope he gets a fresh start somewhere.
