Kraft Prosecution Must Be a Patriots Hater !!
H2o replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bob Kraft's defense? Cardi B slipped something in his drink. -
11-5 all day

There is no RB worthy of a top 10 selection this year. None. Hockenson? Eh, I could deal with it for the fact he is the best all around TE in this draft. Fant? No. Metcalf? I can see how a team would fall in love with the athleticism. Not my choice though. My darkhorse team for DK? Tampa. I can see Arians pulling the trigger. Where we sit @ 9 we have a chance to draft an elite talent on the defensive side of the ball. That is what I hope we do.

Meh, whatever. I'm hoping for Oliver or somehow Devin White falls into our lap. Whoever we take though, as long as it's not a Whitner over Ngata or Maybin over Orakpo scenario, I'm good. Stevie Wonder could see the Bills made mistakes with those two. Edit: The only person I would be maf about if we picked would be Rashan Gary. He's an underachieving workout warrior whom I think will be a bust in the NFL just like he was as a 5 Star recruit going into college.

Makes sense to me. Though not great at anything, he is a quality backup.

Should the Chiefs key-in on Karlos? (Williams)
H2o replied to #34fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hope the Chiefs sign Maurice Clarett and hand him the ball 60 times a game. In the process I hope Pat Mahomes decides to pull an MJ by going to play baseball. I hope Andy Reid sees an old Nationwide commercial and decides he would rather be at home eating chicken parm sammiches. I hope Kelce decides he wants to be the next Kevin Federline and in turn leaves the game of football to be a music video choreographer. I hope Tyreke Hill gets his dreds stuck in an elevator door, but the elevator proceeds to go up making him look like the baldheaded Eddie Murphy from the movie Coming to America. I hope he then can no longer wear a helmet because his bald *ss head is too sensitive. I'm not worried about who the Chiefs should be keying in on. -
I have no sympathy for whatever happens to him in prison. To be the cause of death of a 5 year old girl is heinous.

Bills have interest in Seattle DE Frank Clark
H2o replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd send a 2019 2nd and 4th to Seattle for Clark. I'm not swapping from 9 though and I wouldn't ship out Lawson just yet. That's just my 2. -

I thought he signed with the Bills weeks ago?

The premise is I believe that everyone is going to have the narrative of us being a team to watch out for in the AFC. We are not expected to contend, but they will be saying "don't be surprised if the Bills make some noise this year." Or if they are asked to pick a "sleeper" in the AFC then the Bills will be named more often than not.

Even Stevie Wonder can see the Bills have made vast improvements to various positions this offseason. The OL was addressed aggressively and thoroughly via FA. We are clearly better and deeper along the OL than we were last year at this time. The addition of Gaines once again to the defensive back field is huge as well imo. He excelled here when healthy the first tour of duty. As of right now we are already starting to get some love from various media personalities for the job Beane and McDermott are doing. Now we have 10 picks coming up in the draft in about 2 weeks. Let the Bills have what is recognized as a good draft and everyone, everywhere is going to be jumping the bandwagon. All of the media types are going to be picking the Bills as a "sleeper" in the AFC.

Give me Hakeem Butler or Miles Boykin in the 2nd or 3rd.

These guys are going to get in a full offseason of work together, TC, and the preseason. I think they'll be just fine.

No to a 3-4. That's not McDermott'd style. Having what could potentially be the best LB group in the league is though. They should run to the podium to select White if he is there at #9. He reminds me of a young Ray Lewis. I can't think of any other team in the league that has three 3-down LB's and that would be what we have. It also would allow them to move Lorax back to DE primarily which means a better pass rush for us.

The Cowboys are screwed financially imo. I don't see how they will be able to afford all of these guys, but stranger things have happened.

Solid move by the Bills. This OL is shaping up rather well. -
Giants looking at defense at #6 in draft?
H2o replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would expect the Giants to try and move back for 2020 draft picks, sort of follow our model from 2017, in hopes of positioning themselves for one of the top 2 QB's next year. -
I was frustrated we didn't take Rosen at the time, but later realized why we did not. His attitude and statements afterwards were pretty self explanatory as to part of the reason behind the decision. I also was frustrated because we gave up our 2nd's for a guy I thought would have been there at #12. When the post draft reports started leaking out I realized that the others who told me he wouldn't have made it that far were correct in their assessments. After just watching the young man from the time he stepped on the field, the way he changes the energy of the whole team, and obviously what we saw from him I am as happy as I could be. The young man is going to be special and he's our QB. It's the first time since the days of Jim Kelly that I have full confidence in a signal caller wearing a Bills' uni.
