  1. Had to sell it to make that child support payment
  2. Yeah, my money is on nothing.
  3. Says the Ohio St. fan....... ? I keed, I keed.
  4. He was a good player at Michigan, seemed alright when he got on the field in Dallas for the most part, and seemed to put together a good preseason this year as well. Not sure why he's in the doghouse there, but a change of scenery may jump-start his career ala Jerry Hughes.
  5. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/09/18/cowboys-expected-to-waive-taco-charlton-barring-last-minute-trade/ This is a guy I wouldn't mind taking a flier on.
  6. I don't think he played bad against the Jets from what I saw and he had a rough series or two against the best RB in the league. I'm not worried at all.
  7. I have no idea what thruth is whatsoever. The info was reported. See: https://49ers.pressdemocrat.com/colin-kaepernick-eric-reid-and-nfl-settle-collusion-case/ Let them cut you then if that is the case. Or is that just what he said? He was also given the option of being traded to Denver because Elway WANTED him at the time. When he declined to renegotiate his contract Elway took that bridge as burned. Some of you are ridiculous in the lengths you go to try and paint other people as certain things. Martyrs, bigots, or otherwise. Just let it go.
  8. Again, like I told someone else, I'm not going to continue to go over and over the same things with you or anyone else. Go back to my original post on page 3, read the whole thing, and let it sink in.
  9. It was in response to someone else's post there guy, but thanks for chiming in. There were reports that he did not want to come back to the NFL to be a backup. There were also reports that he was setting his asking price too high as he did with Seattle. He declined his own option in SF. Denver was going to trade for him, but he refused to re-work his contract. This is all of his own doing. If he was on a team for an entire offseason I'm sure he could get an opportunity. But is a team going to do research and draft a young guy they believe can be their franchise or are they going to invest heavily in a guy like Kaep who is 31, been out of the league for a few years now, and was never that great to begin with? How is this hard for people to grasp?
  10. Good for you. Teams don't see it that way because of the total package that comes along with that. Also, have you spoken with Kaep? Does he want to be back in the NFL STRICTLY as a backup QB?
  11. He is NO Lamar Jackson my friend. Never was even close to the athlete he is. If Lamar's passing stats were an aberration due to the teams he played the first two weeks we will soon find out. Baltimore's schedule gets tougher than the Dolphins and the Cardinals. If they were then teams will treat him just like the Chargers did last year in the playoffs and he will prove to be average just like the other two aforementioned in Kaep and Taylor. If Lamar truly is special in this regard then he can surely have a long and successful run in the NFL.
  12. Look, I'm not going to go back and forth with you about it. The NFL figured him out. Keep him in the pocket and he cannot beat you with his arm alone ala our own Tyrod Taylor who played in the same system. Read the rest of the original post and let it sink in.
  13. The one that Harbaugh and Roman ran in SF. Do you not remember?
  14. At this point he is 31 years old, was always a gimmick system QB, and would be more of a distraction than anything due to the media circus it would create. No one is going to invest significant money on him because he isn't anyone's long term answer. I don't think he just wants to be a backup somewhere either. This whole situation is of his own making. I don't feel sorry for him because he is rich af from the game itself, as well as endorsements, and also got a settlement rumored to be in the $60,000,000-$80,000,000 range from the NFL. He's no martyr, not by any stretch of the imagination. I wish him no ill will, but I don't buy the victim card he has played due to the way everything has worked itself out. It's not like he was having a HOF career. Talent trumps controversy. You see it with Kareem Hunt, Tyreke Hill, Joe Mixon, Dontae Stallworth, Michael Vick, the list could go on. Hell, how many chances did Aldon Smith get? If he was a top tier QB he would have BEEN signed long ago. People were calling for his head and he was benched in SF long before the kneeling started. Some very casually forget that.
  15. Dude's a b*tch. Who gives an actual ***k about "his story"? I know I don't. Enjoy your life after football. Everything is good here. ✌️✌️
  16. No. Thanks for helping us get into the playoffs that one time, but they can lose every other game and I wouldn't care. A special shout out to Andy Dalton and Tyler Boyd though.
  17. For as much as the prognosticators like to think they have it figured out, they really don't. Except for the Pats, Chiefs, and Cowboys imo the rest of these rankings have been wide open. Injuries happen. Teams take a step back in some instances. Schedules change on a yearly basis outside of your own division. They like to put teams in places for their own "reasons" or are simply regurgitating someone else's ideas. They rank schedules according the way teams seemed to perform in the previous year. But truth is until you get about 4 weeks into the season, it's really hard to judge which teams are going where. Even then teams can get hot or they can go cold. The two years the Giants won the SB with Eli they got hot at the right time, made the playoffs as a WC team, and rode the wave to two victories over NE. Let's get a win against Cincy, hope injuries remain at a minimum, and keep this mojo going one week at a time.
  18. That was definitely a legit meltdown for Greeny. It's funny to watch. But at the same time, we have ALL been there. You know this to be true Bills fans. I don't know if we were 8 days into the season, but we have all been there.
  19. I wouldn't be mad with a late round pick for Drake. Who are we releasing though? I like our roster right now. Let's just hope Singletary's injury doesn't cost significant time or linger.
  20. Carter was probably more like, "I got you bruh, I got you, just wait." After that he had the possible roughing the passer where he gave him a little shove at the end.
  21. That's what brought on the cheap shot by Carter later that didn't get flagged.
  22. I said it before the season started that the Jets could start out 0-7 if they lost to us and the media's heads would explode. They have a tough stretch right out the gate. I didn't expect it to go south this quickly from Darnold getting mono, to the injuries, to Gase throwing everyone under the bus though.
  23. In the right situation, if the right DT was doing it, I'd be fine with a couple of late hit penalties where a 300lb man drops his full body weight on him.
  24. That OL is a mess right now, but their OL coach always seems to get the most out of every guy they plug in. I hope and pray that our defense can constantly hit Brady all game long in week 4.
