Not really. Sports used to be a place where everyone came together in fandom regardless of race, gender, or economical background. Every person rooting for their favorite team, together. Now, despite how you they try to spin this "unity" stuff they talk, everything is an avenue for a rift or pushing agendas. This will be no different and the music aspect will now be more one-sided if you want to look at it that way as well. Pushing politics, agendas, and whatever else they try down people's throats because one side feels their stance is the only correct one will just create more issues.

Overall the defense will likely be top 5 or better. No surprise there. They need to get more pressure on the QB though. If Oliver makes the impact they are hoping for, and someone can compliment Hughes on the other side, then we could be special.

I thought that a player franchised by one team could sign a new deal after July 15th if he was later traded? I thought the deadline only applied to the team applying the tag in the first place? If we are allowed to and he agrees to a long term deal I would swing that trade.

Not following my friend. I don't think Josh is even worth $20,000,000 a year right now, but we have 4 more years before we have to worry about that. I have however drank the Kool-Aid and think he will be among the next upper tier of QB's. I have never mentioned paying out the bum for a Bills QB either. I only know as much as I do about Dak because my girl is a Cowboys' fan and I basically watch them as much as the Bills. Dak is solid, but he's not worth 40 mill per. The only QB worth 40 mill is Mahomes and I can admit that. Dak is borderline top 10 and 25-30 mill is more fitting. If it's a ploy for more guaranteed $$$ then I hope it works out. He's a high character guy, hard working, and from all accounts a good teammate. I sure as hell wouldn't give him 40 mill and I'd bet Jerry won't either.

Dak is not the best QB in the league nor does he deserve to be paid like one. You can babble numbers all you want, but how effective has he been without Zeke? Yeah, we'll see again here shortly it seems as well. Have you watched him choke at the end of games and not be able to make the throws he needed consistently? I know I have.

Zay still makes the same mental lapses and shows the same stone hands at times just as he did his rookie year. I like the guy, but I think I'm starting to see him more for what he is. He cost the team a first down on the opening drive and basically a TD on a dime throw by Josh Allen. You can't be doing these types of things, especially when the regular season starts.

I predict a complete meltdown for some posters if Allen is not 14-14 with 300 yards passing, 75 yards rushing, and 4 TD's the first two drives.

I have a feeling they just want to see Frank with the 1's this week and then Shady with the 1's next week. I bet Frank doesn't play against Carolina.
