  1. Hopefully this puts to rest the "he will return late this season" notion. I think he's done with playing the game.
  2. For all of the Lamar for MVP talk after the first couple of weeks he has fallen back to earth. Gase and the Jets are the biggest dumpster fire on the block, more so than Cleveland imo. The Jets were supposed to challenge for the division. Riiiiiiight. As another poster already noted, Kitchens surely looks like he is in over his head and not cut out to be a HC. The Lions have surprised me. I expected them to be a 5-11 or 6-10 team, but they are playing better than that as of right now. The biggest surprise is the Raiders. With all of the turmoil through TC and the preseason, the injuries, I thought they would be one of the worst teams in the NFL. To be 3-2 at this point is shocking to me.
  3. I don't expect Gronk back with his cannabis oil endorsements and all that. I can see them trading for a guy like Kyle Rudolph though.
  4. I bet OBJ wishes he had stfu and stayed in NY about now.
  5. Dolphins and the Skins are bad teams. The Eagles? Not so much. I would say they are on par with the Titans, with Wentz being better than Mariota.
  6. Duke is a big boy for a WR. He might run a 4.3 30 yard dash.
  7. Buffalo is cold, dead, nothing to do there, no one wants to live there, FA go there to die, lost 4 SB, Music City Forward Lateral, 1 playoff appearance in 20 years, and the Pats have won many SB while dominating the division for years. The media narrative has been built up for about 20 years now. 'm, 'm all, especially now that we're building something legit.
  8. Well, it does make it hard to catch with stone hands attached to alligator arms.
  9. Alphadamus strikes again @Alphadawg7
  10. Hence why I said top 3, not the best
  11. Seemed good to me last week when they were harassing Josh all game. I don't know if it's quite early 2000's good, but they are currently top 3 in the NFL for sure.
  12. I think they were saying this last concussion could be it for Reed.
  13. People piss and moan about Josh not being like other elite QB's, but then piss and moan that I suggested this could be the game where he finally passes for 300 yards. I'm not talking about FF, I am not saying it like this defines who he is, it's not about media recognition, and I'll take whatever as long as we get the win as well. It was merely an observation that he is facing a favorable defense where this could be the first one of his NFL career. Some of you all need to go back to wearing boxers instead of thongs.
  14. Yeah, his first was in his 18th game. A game in which they lost to Atlanta in the playoffs.
  15. Aaaaand I believe you are the first one who mentioned FF at any point in this thread.
  16. And I want us to be 5-1 as well over big stat lines every week. What I am saying is this game should be Allen's first 300 yard passing game of his career. They gave up 300+ and 5 TD's to Lamar Jackson.
  17. Thank you my friend. I was thinking Game 6.
  18. Next up on the schedule after the bye week, the Miami Dolphins. A team that is tanking, even though they won't admit they are tanking. Not really going out on a limb here with this, but if ever there were a game where Josh should be over 300 yards with 3 or more TD passes then this is it. It would also be nice to see Allen get his first 300+ yard passing game while not committing any turnovers in the process. It's almost haiku time everyone.
  19. I know quite a few Falcons fans who believe Ryan is part of the problem, not the solution.
  20. A big body target who catches the ball when it hits his hands, even gets TD's? I'll take it. He's not our savior or anything, but another piece to the puzzle for sure.
  21. I am hoping their owner is stupid enough to let Gase hang around for at least one more year. That will make 3 years wasted with Darnold at the helm and another rebuild on the horizon. Mike Greenberg will have to be put on medication over @ ESPN.
  22. Bruce Allen and Snyder should fire themselves as well. They have both been terrible for a long time. Snyder is one of the biggest douche nozzles for an owner that any team could have. I remember a story some years ago, when the economy was in the crapper, about an individual who was a season ticket holder. They had gotten laid off from their job and couldn't afford to keep them. Apparently Snyder sued them for the money anyway, despite this person being already down on their luck, and they were ordered to pay around $10,000 or so I believe. Edit: Ok, the story was wrong about Snyder. It was worse than I originally posted. Got it misconstrued. Read the story for yourself in the link. The guy is a real POS. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/09/02/AR2009090203887.html
