  1. He better watch it, Tiger might be scoping his girl.
  2. Financially, we cannot trade Diggs. The only way would be if he added like 3 void years to his contract so we could spread out the cap hit. And I don't know if that's even legal by NFL rules, to add void years to a contract without adding anything else. It's not gonna happen. I think Aiyuk, if traded, will end up in Houston, New England, or maybe Tennessee.
  3. Better run blocker than pass blocker. He still struggles with speed rushers, or rushers who have multiple moves in their repertoire. Josh makes any OL look better than they actually are because of his Houdini act in the pocket, how hard he is to bring down, and the fact he'll take off if he feels pressure and sees a lane. He's not some upper echelon RT or anything like that, but he was better this year than previous. Our offensive mentality also shifted as well where we decided to run the ball more often, which having that going definitely benefits his game. Just the threat of us being able to run the ball kept the defense from being able to pin their ears back and rush the QB as often this year.
  4. Figured we should probably take this to the WR thread. I'm all for us using two early picks, and even a late round pick on WR this year. That group truly needs an overhaul and infusion of youth. There's a guy that's in that 5th Round range I'm keeping an eye on and see as a sleeper. Joshua Cephus of UTSA. The young man is 6'3" and about 185lbs. Good with contested catches, flashes some speed and RAC ability in the open field, and he's got a little twitch to his game that gets him separation on quick breaking routes. His route tree can use some developing and he has dropped a pass here or there, but he's also made some pretty spectacular plays on occasion and would be an asset in the red zone. Could be worth a shot.
  5. Eh, reminds of a poor man's Khalil Shakir. He was mainly used like Isaiah McKenzie, little shovels and WR screens. That's a pass for me.
  6. My guy better kick so many FG's during the off-season that he gets leg tremors in his sleep. Practice with people throwing footballs in his direction to simulate pressure. And we still need to bring in competition.
  7. Vet minimum? Sure.
  8. My disdain for the Patriots subsided when Brady left. It also subsided even more when the Brady-led Bucs beat the Chiefs in the SB. The Chiefs are by far and away #1 on this list. 1. People won't let the Mahomes thing go. Yes, we could have drafted him in 2017. Yes, he is the standard at QB in the NFL right now. But Josh is clearly #2 imo despite whatever argument the bobblehead clowns on TV make, despite what people on here say, whom they try to tell you is better, or any other supposed reasons they hold onto that narrative they've been carrying around like a backpack since day 1. 2. Since the Chiefs are the NFL darlings, they get away with a lot that other teams do not. It's just like the Pats during their 20 year run. Holding on both sides of the ball, DPI, cheap shots, the refs really do let things slide their way more times than not. The one time they do get called for a legitimate penalty that affects the outcome of a game, a penalty that was thrown prior to the play that unfolded afterwards, Mahomes goes into a full-blown hissy fit. 3. The arrogant drivel, while seeing what the refs allow them to get away with, and pompous attitudes make you want to punch any and every one of them in the mouth. Then, the constant testicle bathing by bobbleheads or whoever that drives their pompous attitudes even more. 4. They are in our way right now. The Pats are done. They don't run the division anymore, more or less the AFC. The division comes through Buffalo. They don't even make the Playoffs, and the last time they did we beat the brakes off of them. The Chiefs, however, are our Playoff kryptonite at the moment. Granted they are most people's kryptonite whenever they face them in the Playoffs, but I don't give a single, solitary turd about any other team. I wish them endless misery just like I wished on the Pats for their entire reign. P.S. - I hate the Bengals right at #2 for some of the same reasons as KC. Namely just the arrogance they have and the constant testicle bathing by the bobbleheads on TV. They also have that dirty, cheapshot mentality too. Plus I can't stand their coach. He's probably the most arrogant of all of them. I hope they fade into anonymity just as quickly as they rose up the bathing rotation.
  9. One of the people who work for me runs a block pool every year for the SB. The final score payout is $6,500. The UPS drivers run one that the final score payout is around $14,000. I never get in them. I'm not into tossing away money like that. My two teenagers do that enough for me.
  10. It kind of helps that SF is in the NFC, ya know?
  11. He's a great Offensive mind overall, but he struggles with in game adjustments. His ego also gets in the way and he does what he wants to do versus what he should do. He's had three SB's within his grasp now, one as OC and two as a HC, and his decision making process with play calling has cost him at the very least two of those. I don't know if he's overrated per say, but he has struggled on the biggest stage to solidify himself in that elite tier.
  12. Travis will wake up from his flight with two-tone facial hair
  13. That was the money shot the NFL was angling for, the Swift/Kelce smooch after the SB
  14. He's such an idiot
  15. And there it is. SF chokes again
  16. Mahomes to Kelce for the win. It's coming.
  17. Play action pass in the dirt
  18. Romo with his "spacial awareness" and Chris Jones saving TD's. Shut up already
  19. Now they're gonna settle for the kick and let Pat win with a TD.
  20. Love the refs making an appearance
  21. Has Shanahan finally figured out the OPOY is in his backfield?
