  1. DEFINITELY an intentional hit to the head. That was straight out of the Greggo playbook. Golic rides the short bus to work.
  2. These will be distributed to the Nancy's for Christmas this year: He is in "regression" because of this bad game against a really good defense. People are talking like his career is over and we need to be looking for another QB. You guys make me laugh acting like a bunch of . Thankfully none of you run the team. Hope you're working on your material for the next string of threads after we lose another game, because it will happen and the Club will be out in full force.
  3. No, not at all. Josh had an absolutely horrible first half. He was pressing in this game like no other because he wanted to beat the Pats in front of the home fans. That led to the hero ball we all talk about at times. In playing hero ball he missed a few WIDE open guys underneath that had the potential to catch and run with the ball afterwards for big gains. He was under pressure all day though, ALL day. For all of the work done to the offensive line, you couldn't tell in pass protection most of the time. Even still let's note that on the first drive of the 2nd half he came out 6 for 6 passing with a rushing TD. I truly believe that if he had not been knocked out of the game the result would have been different. The thing that is concerning me this year is where Josh was hitting those deep routes last year, this year he is about 2-5 yards off with every throw. His short and intermediate accuracy is better for the most part, but he seems to have lost his touch on the deep ball.
  4. You win some, you lose some. We lost today against a team that is talked about as possibly going undefeated and we held them in check. The season is just starting to get rolling. People need to step away from the ledge.
  5. Try and talk EJ out of retirement?
  6. Pretty cheap shot by the Pats DB. Hope he catches a hefty fine. The Pats as a whole had A LOT of dirty plays today on defense especially.
  7. It's better to have him fully healthy for the long term than to rush him back and risk further injury. I was hoping the kid could go though. Yeldon better hold onto the ball today.
  8. ^^^Who tf is this cracka?^^^ Not too wicked smaahhht this one. Need to stick to giving glory hole hummers in Southie.
  9. I echo the sentiment that it is Cousins who is trash. Look at Kyle Rudolph's numbers as well. You have one of the better TE's in the league and he has 8 targets and 4 catches for 20 yards in 3 games? It's insane. Cousins absolutely raped the Vikings for that 84 mill.
  10. They figure a couple of hot chicks will hold the TV audience a bit more. It's all about $$$. Hov knows what he's doing.
  11. I picked the "SAD" reaction just so homey could get the Septuplefecta
  12. Most hated team in the NFC? Tough one. For the longest time it was the Giants for obvious reasons, but that shifted when Eli led them to two victories over the Pats in the SB. Now I would have to go with Seattle. It's mainly because I can't stand Pete Carroll. He was a coach for the Pats, whom I hate, and then was the coach at USC, whom I hate being a ND fan myself, so my hate for him grew over the years. I think Russell Wilson's persona is a front for the camera, great player or not. Just generally don't like them.
  13. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/09/26/tom-brady-looks-forward-to-thinning-the-herd-in-buffalo/ I hope we stick it to them this weekend, I mean dominate all facets of the game so his ears are ringing when he gets home from all of the crowd noise. Nothing is sweeter than the dejected look Tommy Boy gets when his team is on the losing end.
  14. Queue Milano for the first crossing route on Sunday...
  15. Can't wait to hear the next mic'd up session of Baker Mayfield where they are beating a team. I would bet the house he's gonna throw some comments in there for Rex so the national media can put them out there.
  16. Aaron Donald in his rookie year only had 2 sacks through 7 games and progressively got better to finish with 9 as a rookie. J.J. Watt only had 5.5 sacks total in his rookie season. Oliver has been doing his job and causing pressure from the middle. The sacks will come. He's only 3 games into his rookie season.
  17. Ahhhhhhh, fml. While most of the viewing world gets to see the Pats and the Bills, I am stuck watching the mutha Ravens vs the mutha Browns.
  18. Dang it! REALLY hoping to have Singletary on Sunday.
  19. Do so then if you would like and I am not faulting others for doing so either. Me personally, taking the week at a time approach as the looking ahead one has garnered much disappointment over the last 20 years. Staying the course my friend, staying the course.
  20. Needs them game checks and realizes his leverage is basically at 0.0%
  21. Same douche nozzle picked Cincy last week and the Jets in week 1. He did go out on a limb to get the Giants game right by picking us.
  22. Injuries and FA losses over the last couple of seasons have lowered their overall talent level and depth imo. Injuries are the biggest thing this year for them, but their OL coach is one of the best so he is able to mask that for now. I just think facing defenses with a better front, as we have, will expose this fact further.
  23. I spoke my peace on the situation early my friend. And I was just trying to do "better" like you said. Brady is always going to be Brady and get rid of the ball quickly. Whether it be to RB's or WR's. Their OL is OBVIOUSLY not the same as it was despite whatever numbers you want to spout off from their lax schedule the first 3 weeks. Week 4 will be the first time they have faced a legit defense. I think the game will be close, in the 20's for each team, and whoever wins the time of possession battle will come out on top.
