  1. He's just Keon Coleman to get there.
  2. I swear my guy, it's like every part of what I'm trying to tell you is juking your braincells like Barry Sanders in his prime. No one is twisting anything. The discussion of his OVERALL performance in that game is not even what I'm talking about. None of what I am talking about involves anything that happened prior to. What I AM talking about is the scenario below. Josh giving his team a lead, with under two to play, and this is how it went. I have highlighted some things for you, but it probably still won't help get the point across. 2nd & Goal at DEN 6 (1:55 - 4th) (Shotgun) J.Allen scrambles left tackle for 6 yards, TOUCHDOWN.T.Bass extra point is GOOD, Center-R.Ferguson, Holder-S.Martin. After the Bass EP, the score is 22-21. The defense and ST then did this: 1st & 10 at DEN 25 (1:55 - 4th) (Shotgun) R.Wilson pass short middle to S.Perine to DEN 43 for 18 yards (C.Lewis; T.Rapp). BUF-C.Lewis was injured during the play. C.Lewis walks off. (1:39 - 4th) Timeout #1 by BUF at 01:39. 1st & 10 at DEN 43 (1:39 - 4th) (Shotgun) R.Wilson pass incomplete short left to C.Sutton. Receiver and coverage at DEN 47. 2nd & 10 at DEN 43 (1:36 - 4th) (Shotgun) R.Wilson scrambles up the middle to DEN 47 for 4 yards (D.Williams). 3rd & 6 at DEN 47 (1:09 - 4th) (No Huddle, Shotgun) R.Wilson pass short right to S.Perine to BUF 45 for 8 yards (D.Williams). 1st & 10 at BUF 45 (0:47 - 4th) (No Huddle, Shotgun) R.Wilson pass short right to A.Trautman to BUF 39 for 6 yards (D.Hamlin). (0:40 - 4th) Timeout #2 by DEN at 00:40. 2nd & 4 at BUF 39 (0:40 - 4th) (Shotgun) R.Wilson sacked at BUF 45 for -6 yards (sack split by A.Epenesa and T.Rapp). (0:35 - 4th) Timeout #3 by DEN at 00:35. 3rd & 10 at BUF 45 (0:35 - 4th) (Shotgun) R.Wilson pass incomplete deep left to J.Jeudy [A.Epenesa]. PENALTY on BUF-Ta.Johnson, Defensive Pass Interference, 28 yards, enforced at BUF 45 - No Play. 1st & 10 at BUF 17 (0:29 - 4th) R.Wilson kneels to BUF 19 for -2 yards. (0:25 - 4th) Timeout #2 by BUF at 00:25. 2nd & 12 at BUF 19 (0:25 - 4th) R.Wilson kneels to BUF 20 for -1 yards. (0:24 - 4th) Timeout #3 by BUF at 00:24. 3rd & 13 at BUF 20 (0:24 - 4th) R.Wilson kneels to BUF 23 for -3 yards. 4th & 16 at BUF 23 (0:07 - 4th) W.Lutz 41 yard field goal is No Good, Wide Right, Center-M.Fraboni, Holder-R.Dixon. PENALTY on BUF, Defensive Too Many Men on Field, 5 yards, enforced at BUF 23 - No Play. 4th & 11 at BUF 18 (0:00 - 4th) W.Lutz 36 yard field goal is GOOD, Center-M.Fraboni, Holder-R.Dixon.
  3. I didn't say it was not a bad game. I'm not even talking about or refusing to acknowledge what happened prior to the last drive. What I said is he handed his team a lead with under 2 minutes to play, despite the bad game. He did his job when it mattered most. The defense and ST's blew it after that. Do I need to put it in coloring book form for you?
  4. Rodgers being Rodgers. Absolutely hilarious. Combine this with an elite pass rusher they traded for at the end of March, finalized the 1st of April, who hasn't even spoken to the coach yet and it's the 2nd week of June.
  5. Yeah, it was Russ' best game as far as how he managed it and completion percentage wise. Who cares what the Dolphins put up on them? It's completely irrelevant. The game and the way the chips fall change from week to week. It was also Dorsey's last game as OC. Did you know KC lost to Denver as well? The score was 24-9. In that game, Patrick Mahomes had 2 INT's, a lost fumble, and 0 TD's. What a terrible, turnover machine that guy is. Josh had 3 games total last year without a turnover. Only 3. You know who else only had 3 games total without a turnover last year? Patrick Mahomes. Josh had 22 total turnovers. Pat had 17 total turnovers. In a 17 game season, that's a difference of 1 turnover per 13.6 quarters played. That's 1 about every 3-1/2 games. Again, JA handed them a lead with under two to go. They blew it. Just like against the Eagles and just like against the Pats.
  6. Does JA play defense? Who actually allowed Russ to have his best game of the year? Should he have been covering Perrine out of the backfield? Is it JA's job to count the number of players on the field from the bench? Josh walked into the endzone with less than two minutes to go giving the Bills a lead. Despite everything else that happened that game, he did his job when it mattered most. The defense and ST gave it away.
  7. That was one of the games where Josh got us a lead in the last 2 minutes only to have the defense give it away.... We'll, the defense and ST in that one.
  8. Offense - Allen, Dawkins, Knox, Brown Defense - Bernard, Taron Johnson, Groot ST - Hollins
  9. This was my post from from another thread earlier this year. Mahomes and Allen are #1 & #2 in the NFL right now. The people who constantly talk about the turnovers have an ax to grind. Either due to their "evaluation" of his talent prior to the draft or they still hold a grudge for the things that came out prior to the draft. Things that he tweeted or whatever. People can say it's not until they're blue in the face, but I don't believe them. It's blatantly obvious with some. The only game this year you can say the turnovers cost them the game, imo, the first Jets game. Three of the L's we had last year, all three of those games Josh had at least 1 turnover in, Josh also handed his team a lead with less than 2 minutes to go and the defense screwed the pooch. Are you talking about....dare I say it....arm punts?
  10. I'm a Duke fan. BUT, the brother of Bobby Hurley has turned into a heck of a coach. Easy guy to root for imo.
  11. I'm happy Hurley said, "Thanks, but no thanks." You can't blame him. LeBron has gotten every single coach fired except Erik Spoelstra. And he tried to get Spoelstra fired, but Pat Riley shot it down. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/40321008/sources-dan-hurley-rejects-lakers-offer-stays-uconn
  12. Miserable? I'm an ND fan and I'm not miserable. I think most ND fans are actually overly optimistic, especially from the fan pages I am on. And Detroit at 10? Their fans are super-hype about their team and they're coming off a NFCCG appearance. Ohio St. at 41 is also dumb considering how long they've been winning.
  13. More than likely, it's one of the 4 women he got pregnant at the same time last year....... Allegedly of course. https://www.heartlandcollegesports.com/2023/09/19/former-baylor-cb-nfl-star-xavien-howard-allegedly-has-four-women-pregnant-at-same-time/ On the tail end of a career and you're gonna create, even take the chance at creating for that matter, 4 child support payments that are going to last until you're almost 50? He's gonna be broke and working at Publix in no time.
  14. Happy birthday Mrs. Pegula. Today happens to be my wife's birthday as well.

  16. Break open? Pssshhh, it has to be good enough for him to find it first.
  17. The jerseys remind me of Kansas St.
  18. Ok, the resident Notre Dame homer has entered the chat. Seriously though, Claypool was my guy in 2020. I wanted us to draft him bad. He's 6'4", almost 240lbs, and still ran a 4.42 40. While at ND he improved every season. He had good hands, excellent body control, could high-point the ball well, and knew how to use his body to shield defenders. He also had some really meh QB's tossing him the rock and still put up solid numbers. Rookie year comes along and Claypool was exactly what I thought he would be for Pittsburgh, a deep threat and solid #2 option. The 2nd year was basically a repeat of the 1st year without all of the TD's. At that point he started thinking a bit too highly of himself, talking about he was a top 3 WR. He also started acting like an idiot off of the field getting into fights outside of clubs. There was a video going around that showed him kicking a guy in the head while he was on the ground. A total punk move. Quickly his career started to downward spiral. Without Big Ben he came back to earth and Pittsburgh shipped him out of town before the trade deadline. He then only makes it 10 games with the Bears before he ends up sent packing for Miami. I know it looked like a better situation for him from the outside, but I don't think he really fits what Miami does on offense. Especially with them having the two speedsters in Hill and Waddle, then having the overpaid Cedrick Wilson they were trying to incorporate due to his salary. They also gave 32 or more targets to Smythe, Berrios, Achane, and Mostert. There's nothing left after that, and he was already behind the 8 ball having to pick up the offense on the fly. I think this year in Buffalo will be like a breath of fresh air for him. A full offseason in an offense. OTA's, TC, and preseason with a team. A team with an established top 5 NFL QB, not some bum team like the Bears were. We're his 4th team in 4 years and he knows that time is running out as far as his chances go to really turn into something. Crazy thing is, he'll still only have just turned 26 when TC starts. If he gets back to rookie year form in this offense, then we could potentially have a solid player on our hands for the next 4 or 5 years. Fingers crossed and I'm hoping the best for the young man.
  19. Those property taxes ain't cheap. Tuh-Rod trying to get out while he can.
  20. Not sure of the cause of the rift, like I have any kind of insider info or anything, but the game against the Bengals in the Playoffs was the beginning of the end. Diggs screaming like he was at Allen on the sidelines, then walking out like he did set this whole path in motion. That's just my two. I believe Josh kept the peace and said all the right things. I think internally though, especially after the offseason convos behind closed doors, he was ready to wash his hands. He made it work in 2023 and told the FO he didn't need him in 2024.
  21. That's where the Tre money is mainly going.
  22. Maybe they cloned him again and this time they gave him superior football skills?
  23. The Jets traded for Reddick at the very beginning of April. It's now the first week of June and the HC has had zero communication with him? J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets
  24. Idk. Jerry and Stephen Jones have kind of fumbled the Cowboys' cap situation. Everything they do hinges on what they do with Dak, and Dak has ALL the leverage. They are going to have to pay Dak big money or let him walk next year while still eating a $40M cap hit. They also have to pay Micah Parsons at some point too. I don't know if Jerry will want to hand a WR $30M+ per season.
