  1. He's done so at least twice this year, both against the Dolphins of course so they don't count probably. He also got the W against the Jags last year in that brawl of a game.
  2. Basic human decency tells a man not to punch a woman in the face. He obviously is lacking in that area regardless of his upbringing.
  3. No doubt. It was not written by him, AB. I'm sure everyone here has seen an example of his communication skills? He should be tried for crimes against the English language.
  4. Brady will s*ck Satan's d*** just to get one more ring if he has to. No surprise here. I don't think Kraft brings him back after his "different strokes for different folks" little quip. The guy is a douche, he's mentally unstable, and he's only sorry because he sees them $$$ getting flushed down the toilet on a daily basis.
  5. Aaaaaaand this is the post I was scrolling down to find. GreggTX, all things Bills hater, never fails to come up clutch.
  6. The original post was not based on a single game or performance, but on looking at the season as a whole with what he has been doing. This has also been discussed at other points in time, on this board, with many people making the same asinine posts claiming that Josh hasn't shown improvement. Or they suggest that we, our FO and coaching staff, need to be in search of a new QB this offseason. Many of the things he gets knocked for were all things that he again proved he could do on Sunday, things he has improved upon from last year to this one. He was calm in the pocket, went to his 2nd and 3rd read, put a lot of passes right on the money so the WR could get YAC, beat the blitz on a number of occasions getting the ball out to the CORRECT hot read, used his legs when the opportunity presented itself, and he didn't throw an INT for the 5th straight game. He has completely flipped his TD/INT ratio the last 6 weeks. If he had not had this type of performance ALL of the Nancy's, not just the ones only in this thread, would have been out in full force even if we won under different circumstances. NO ONE is saying he has arrived and is now a top tier, elite QB. But if you continue to deny that he hasn't shown improvement from rookie year until now, then it is fairly obvious you are either willfully oblivious or have an agenda. PS - Darnold and the Jets were one of the teams the Dolphins had beaten during their 2 game winning streak prior to Sunday.
  7. I am thinking we may still see a rotation here with Ford and now Bates. Bates showed fairly well in the preseason no matter where they seemed to put him. I think they have faith in the young man. He hasn't been active because it wasn't deemed necessary until now.
  8. You knew Lee wasn't out there much because of our 2nd lowest total in penalties this year.
  9. I've already answered a similar post to this.
  10. Pretty sure @GunnerBill has mentioned this previously as well as to why he is encouraged by Allen's overall play this year.
  11. This falls directly in line with what I felt the other day after hearing and watching the situation unfold. Posted this on Sunday morning.
  12. Josh gets the Buffalo stigma. There always has to be some extenuating circumstance that explains the anomaly of his god day or they want to point out what happened at previous points to rationalize why it shouldn't be taken into account. Just the way it is for now.
  13. Let me guess, Florio @ PFT?
  14. Yes, he does still lock onto a single guy and take off if he's not open. He does still also seem to not go through progressions at times. Josh has done these same things. I really think the NFL is seeing the next great crop of QB's rising who will carry the game on after the Brady, Brees, Rodgers, and Rivers of the NFL are gone. Even with that, the things we are seeing from Jackson, the young man is still more successful than I thought he would be. I am man enough to admit that. Now he may get hammered by someone one day and it changes the trajectory of his career. Who knows? Right now though, even if you are stopping him throwing the ball, he can light you up to the tune of 150 and 2 or 3 TD's with his legs. He is a true dual threat unlike anyone I have ever seen outside of Michael Vick.
  15. Can't stand those effin dorks
  16. I don't know about Bi-Polar, but there are NUMEROUS Bills-polar around here.
  17. Truth on the coaching. Jeff Fisher, that's all you have to say. It is a West Coast type of system that Philly runs, but there are a lot of RPO concepts within that. It's not the same RPO that Roman runs by any means, but a lot of the reads and route concepts are still the same without the QB keeping the ball anywhere near as much in Philly. Like you said, tailor the game to the QB's strengths. A lot of times it is what makes or breaks the career path of many of these young QB's.
  18. Another "system QB" to look at, who's quite a bit different on the athletic pendulum of it all, is Nick Foles. Great in the RPO with Philly early in his career, wildly inconsistent everywhere else, returns to Philly under the same system, and lights it up on the way to a SB victory over the Pats after a Carson Wentz injury. He then looks like he is heading in the same direction again before being derailed by an Alshon Jeffrey drop.
  19. He's is turning out to be the FA gem of the 2019 offseason. No one expected this.
  20. Yes, but Vick also evolved later in his career with Philly and became more than just a running QB. Right now I am beginning to believe Jackson can do the same. Not every QB is going to be Brady, Brees, or Rodgers, but they find their niche and turn out to be good starters in this league.
  21. I also remind people that Ben Ro's 3rd year was the worst of his career and his 5th year wasn't that much better. People are always looking for instant gratification. I compared it to a microwavable Hot Pocket. One minute and 30 seconds, boom, it's done. Sometimes it just takes time in general for players to develop.
  22. I think the draft this year provides us with some options for a bigger, talented WR to go opposite of Smoke in 2020. CeeDee Lamb / Oklhoma / 6'2" 190lbs - Very athletic, has good speed, and high points the ball well Chase Claypool / Notre Dame / 6'5" 228lbs - I don't know if he'll run a sub 4.4 40-yd time(probably closer to 4.45-4.5), but he is built just like Metcalf, can run, runs a pretty legit route tree, has excellent body control, and gets those 50/50 balls almost every time. Tee Higgins / Clemson / 6'4" 200lbs - All you have to do is watch the tape. Michael Pittman Jr. / USC / 6'4" 215lbs - Another big WR who can do it all. Tyler Johnson / Minnesota / 6'2" 200lbs - Is playing himself into the Day1/Day 2 discussion. Tamorrion Terry / Florida St. / 6'4" 205lbs - Another big WR who can run and uses his size well. I could keep going, but these are the guys I could think of off top. I like Jeudy too, but for some reason I am more skeptical of him overall. I really like Claypool and Pittman though, whom I believe are 2nd day guys at this point.
  23. I suggest you go back and read this thread.
  24. 20TH Pass Defense and 29TH Run Defense Over the last 5 weeks though they have shown improvement as a team and were riding a 2 game winning streak going into yesterday. A lot of the media bobble heads actually picked them to beat us.
