[Incomplete Title] PFF’s all-pro team has ...
H2o replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
PFF is useless. A bunch of dorks making YouTube videos from their mom's basement. They have absolutely 0 credibility, 0. I have no idea who pays attention to anything they have to say and those who actually pay for any sort of subscription are the reason this world is in the state it's in today. Stupidity. -
One way to find out. Next time they have to travel put some snakes on the plane. The reaction will tell you all you need to know.

For What Reason Will You Miss Work Saturday
H2o replied to thronethinker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I work a 4-10 schedule so I'm off every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday unless I have to work a Friday here or there, which isn't a bad thing when you get the paycheck. -

Antonio Brown: Apology Tour - Preparing for return?
H2o replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/12/31/antonio-brown-workout-was-a-publicity-stunt-for-the-saints/ Man this guy is an idiot. Now he is claiming the Saints workout was a publicity stunt? What do the Saints need any pub for? They have one of the best teams in the NFL, Brees makes history almost every time he steps on the field at this point, and they already have Michael Thomas who has made history of his own this year. Stupid, just flat out stupid. -
Yeah, he's working to change the culture in Miami. All things considered, I think he did an excellent job.
-
I like Flores, and I think Miami got a good coach for once, but I am not terrified by any means. I do expect the Bills and Dolphins to be the teams fighting for the division mostly over the next decade though.

Brett Kollerman: Patroits Defense has been figured out
H2o replied to Protocal69's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There wasn't one really unless you count them holding the Eagles to 10 points on the road. For all of the flack we caught for our schedule, the Pats did basically the same as us outside of us losing a game to the Jets with our 2nd and 3rd string on the field. -

It's not "giving the Bills a pass" to admit that the defense was bad that game, especially when you realize the fact that because the Pats dominated the time of possession is a huge reason they won. The fact that we were on the doorstep at the end with a chance to tie, Josh barely missing on a throw to Knox in spite of that edge in time of possession, is an amazing change and a compliment in itself from the way he performed the first game. I do not like the conservative nature of our team at times and I do not defend them for it. It puts too much of the pressure on the defense. As good as they may be, it's not going to win us a SB because they aren't the early 2000's Ravens or Buccaneers. It has to be a combination of Josh playing well and the defense doing their jobs as they have been for the most part. McDermott and Daboll both need to learn when to go for the jugular, not let teams hang around. -

Bills - 21:08 with New England - 38:52 Miami - 33:51 with New England - 26:09 Do you understand that the longer your team has control of the ball the more points you have the opportunity to score? New England had 3 scoring drives that ate up a total of 23:00 of game time. That is just 3 drives. That is over 1/3 of the game on 3 scoring drives and we only lost by 7 points. An 11 play 7:26 drive, a 17 play 8:58 drive, and a 11 play 6:40 drive. The dominated us on the ground, on the short passes, and just kept the chains moving. The defensive game plan they had did not work. You do realize that Brady also gifted Miami a pick 6 in that game as well, right? If Brady doesn't do that then the Phins lose. -
I think it will depend on what they see through the offseason program with Rosen. I also believe that Gailey will have some input into that. He's still a relatively cheap option for a backup on a rookie deal and I think the Dolphins may be trying to hold out one more year, maybe even moving around some picks this coming year to acquire assets for 2021, so they can go after Trevor Lawrence.

The defense was the problem in the 2nd game. They couldn't stop a nose bleed. They had nearly a 2-1 edge is time of possession and we were still on the doorstep at the end. Josh was night and day from the first meeting in the year as well. The Pats are no longer the dominant force they were before. It will all come crashing down Saturday night in Gillette. Can't wait to hear the "boo birds" out in full force and Brady looking like he's about to cry on the sidelines.- 38 replies

Antonio Brown: Apology Tour - Preparing for return?
H2o replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Brown is an idiot. This is why Social Media is such a disease in some instances. It gives these people, who really should be absolutely irrelevant, a platform when no one else is knocking at their door to ask them their thoughts. -
Chan was good with the offensive side of the ball, he just wasn't a good head coach. If they get a couple more playmakers and fix that OL I would expect them to take a nice 2nd year step forward under Flores.

https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/12/31/report-dolphins-hiring-chan-gailey-as-offensive-coordinator/ Yep. Does this mean they bring back Fitz?

We shall see this weekend my friend. I stand by my original statement. As far as the Bills go, I think we get our 1st playoff W in two decades. This week the "Boogeyman" will be wearing #22 in a Titans uni.
