But Diggs hasn't made the Pro Bowl, so how can he be the best WR in the AFC? Seriously though, Tyreke Hill, Keenan Allen, TY Hilton (when healthy), Devante Parker who came on strong last year, there are some good WR's in the AFC as well. Let's just all be happy that we traded for a good one who will definitely improve our team.

The compensation they are likely looking for, as well as the cost of his new contract are going to be a hard sell for Jax. I don't think this will end well for them. -

According to ESPN, shocking I know. Orlovsky has a video just beneath the quick notes about our moves. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/28921248/2020-nfl-free-agency-winners-losers-why-dak-prescott-kyler-murray-browns-fans-happy#best

On a similar deal to last year? Sure. Nothing more than that I would assume.

Are you a legitimate Jets fan? If so, what is your take on their FA signings so far? -

They will get a couple of OL players on value deals like always, maybe a RB, but I believe that's all after that. The rest of the depth will be plugged through the draft.

Who Wins More Games in 2020 - Bucs or Pats

The Bucs had a solid team last year and would have been in the playoff hunt if it were not for Winston's 30+ INT's. They will be better than NE this year. -

Yeah, I don't see it either. It's widely known he has a degenerative knee issue. His career reminds me A LOT of Terrell Davis, without the SB's and SB MVP of course. I think they should be happy to take whatever it may be someone would give them just to get his cap hit off of the books alone. -

I'd say you can bank on the Rams going after one of the top 3 RB's in this upcoming draft. One of either Dobbins, Taylor, or Swift will be in LA next year. -

Oh, yeah, I'm talking $4,000,000-$5,000,000 range tops. No way in Hades I give him more than that. He's a solid receiving option though and would be a nice compliment to Singletary imo. When he comes in the game a defense wouldn't be able to just stack the box as they did with Gore. -
I'm glad we didn't invest in the fool's gold that is Hooper. Making him the highest paid TE was one of the most idiotic signings in FA(just my 2), especially considering there are at least 3-5 TE's who are currently better than him right now. It was a Browns type of move for sure. If we sign Gordon I don't see us taking a RB except maybe on a late round flier. If not I believe it is definitely in play for day 2 of the draft. If we are going to get a DE, I would want Clowney over Ngakoue and on a 1-2 year deal. I'm not sending a pick to the Jags and then having to negotiate with a guy who believes he should be getting $20,000,000-$22,000,000 a year like he is the best DE/Edge Rusher in the league right now. He's not. If we made that move I would bang my head against a wall. If we got Clowney, saying if he chose to sign a short term deal here, I believe that would signal the FO was going all in on this year. Even still I think us ponying up for Diggs is a sign of what this organization is hoping to accomplish. Brady is gone, the Jets are the Jets with Adam Gase at the helm (insert floating taco gif), and the Dolphins have A LOT of new pieces they are going to try to fit together. We have our entire starting offense intact from last year (I count Singletary as the starter) plus we added Stefon Diggs. On defense we have a bunch of new pieces, but the main 4 they signed already know the defensive scheme so there is no learning curve. If we can stay healthy, and if Josh takes a similar step forward in year three comparable to the progress he showed in year two, then there is absolutely no reason this team should not be right there at least in the AFC Title game. We have a good team folks and our success is not a flash in the pan.

Good move for Philly who had a need at CB. As long as we don't overpay I'm good with Gordon. He is a quality RB who can also catch the ball out of the backfield. -

I can't see Ngakoue as he wants entirely too much $$$. Slay on the other hand you could probably get for $6,000,000-$8,000,000 less per season on a 3 year deal and have the best Secondary in the NFL by a wide margin. We would have a legitimate 2-3 year window with the way Beane has managed the cap and drafted. I'm not saying we need this to happen, but if it does I'm good with it. -

If we get Slay then it would be safe to say they are all in imo. We would easily have the best defensive backfield in the league and it's not even close. -

Higgins pro day turned Bills off and led us to Diggs trade
H2o replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Can you imagine Diggs and Brown lining up outside, with Beasley running his routes from the slot, then Claypool with his 4.42 speed at almost 6'5" 238lbs running posts, corners, and seam routes? It would be absolutely impossible to cover all of them. -
