  1. This situation is blowing up in their faces completely. I figured there would be some resistance to the idea of trying to move the season around, but I didn't expect this.
  2. I'm telling you guys now, Zack Moss is going to have a rookie season that conjures memories of Karlos Williams. Minus the weed smoking an inability to put the silverware down of course.
  3. I wouldn't say it's absolutely make or break, but you look for growth and maturation from your QB. He needs to be less careless with the ball, running and throwing (at times). He needs to trust his reads and throw his man open. He needs to continue to put air under those deep passes like he was towards the end of the season last year because that's when he was connecting. Sometimes he still gets happy feet in the pocket and looks for a lane to take off when he actually has a man open. You look for improvement in these areas. He's going into year 3 in the same offense, year 3 as a starter. You look for the game to slow down for him even more. I fully expect for this to happen so I'm not worried about Josh whatsoever. He will put up between 3,800-4,200 yards passing, 30-35 passing TD's, a 62% or better completion rate, 500-600 yards rushing, and 5-8 rushing TD's. It's going to be stellar year for the young man.
  4. Beane has officially become the Minister of Magic, no more mere wizarding.
  5. Tough break for a 32 year old DT. He's always been a good player.
  6. Yes, a 110 yard field.
  7. Feel sorry for the players who are affected, but I never really watched it myself.
  8. BILLS 1. Stefon Diggs becomes the first Bills WR to have more than 1,200 yards in a season since Lee Evans in 2006. 2. Moss has a Karlos Williams-esque rookie year. 3. Ed Oliver will have 12 or more sacks. 4. Tre White will win DPOY. 5. The Bills will be top 5 both defensively and offensively in the NFL. NFL 1. The Bengals will win 8 games. 2. San Francisco will not make the playoffs. 3. Houston will finish below .500 and be 3rd in their division. 4. KC will have a SB hangover and have to battle all the way to Week 17 for the division. 5. Ben Ro will win Comeback Player Of The Year as he leads Pittsburgh to the AFC North division itle.
  9. I think they'll make the playoffs, but I think the division is going to be a dog fight this year with Pittsburgh. Ben has some nice weapons on that offense. A quality RB group lead by Conner, a good group of WR's (watch out for Claypool to make an impact year one), and they picked up Ebron to play TE who is just a year removed from a 66 rec for 750 yds with 13 TD campaign. Their defense was already stout and with Ben under Center the offense looks to have a bounce-back year as well.
  10. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/29674110/ohio-state-qb-justin-fields-starts-petition-relaunch-big-ten-season They should just let the kids opt out who want to opt out. If the rest want to play then they should let them play.
  11. He'd have to sit again for a year I believe
  12. Especially if they are legitimately expecting a reduction in the salary cap to $175-$180 mill next year.
  13. Beane taking care of our own 1st. Love this move. Now we have flexibility with Milano.
  14. Can't say the guy isn't deserving. He's been a monster both blocking and receiving. Hopefully he passed on a lot to Knox during the workouts this offseason.
  15. He'll either be the RT or RG on this team for years to come.
  16. Pretty sure it has something to do with the guy that trademarked all of the possible names the Redskins could have possibly switched too. That and the fact Snyder always seems to be in the middle of some kind of ****ery. https://sports.yahoo.com/tons-of-redskins-nickname-options-have-been-trademarked-by-a-guy-in-virginia-154239747.html
  17. I see all the talk of CTE, but I honestly believe he's just an arrogant prick who thinks he can do whatever he wants.
  18. Justin Fields is none too happy https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/college-football/big-ten-cancel-justin-fields-ohio-state-buckeyes-reaction-smh/
  19. With them saying they are moving the season back to the Spring it just shows the greed behind it imo. If it was about player safety they wouldn't be trying to make their scholarship athletes have two football seasons within a single calendar year in 2021. Another thing about life ruined for the moment. Covid.
